K Im throwing together a weight loss challenge
with this ive lost 20lbs in almost 10 days I didn't quite make it threw the 10th day.
cause id hit my 20lbs mark
its the master cleanse!
agave, organic lemon juice, and cinnamon (optional), water
grade b maple syrup, organic lemon juice, and cayenne pepper(optional), water
I REALLY dislike the second ones taste
but the first one is good! tastes just like lemonade
I think itll be a point system. Each day you can complete 50 points.
from what I remember you cant workout to vigorously.. you get light headed easy
so id probably do 10 points for stretching/ and or walking
and 50points each pound you lost. which is crazy fast!
then maybe well eliminate a person after 3 strikes?

I really wanna get myself into the 160s and this is seriously the easiest
quickest way ever! ive used it times before and it never disappoints.
ill hoping to be doing it for at least 17lbs
