Just over two weeks I think,
Ea days on here, I've lost 21.5
I just drank the drink, and here and there took bites,
Never purged

Bree ugh sushi is a bad trigger for me, but luckily a cucumber roll and miso mushroom soup (no tofu) is only 185 cal! Worked out for me down a lb this am! Good luck I can't wait to see you in the 150's!

I just wanted to warn you all.  I did the master cleanse and it made me really sick.  Like really really, can't keep anything down, lying on the couch in agony sick.  Not trying to be mean...best of luck to everyone on the cleanse.  Just be careful.  <3

I've been done,
I'm at 162.8
But I just started doing solids other then fruits and veggied

161.. ive been stuck here for a couple days.

at least it hasn't went up :]

 

I think im gonna let my body adjust and try another go..

get myself into the 140s.

 

I think ill wait another week or two. idk

I have to pump myself up for it .. get motivated again.

errrrg.

 

ive been slacking with exercise.

maybe if I up that.. I really wanna get into the 150s before I start

but I think my body is stabilizing cause its not wanting to drop.

U are at my start weight! If u do this again- inbox me! I will totes do it too! I wanna get to the 140s so bad! Glad it worked for u- hoping it works for me too...

I am going to be in my own apartment on Friday so I think I am going to do this on Monday (wait for me to settle in and such).

 

I probably won't it with y'all and I won't do it as long (I am donating blood on the 26th) but I will be rooting for you guys! Good luck!

So I started this cvs cleanse detox thing, helps u go
I wonder if that's why I'm losing
Last time I gaine two lbs after, and they stayed the same for two weeks
But today I'm 158
Ill gladly take it
