Does weigh in have be to Friday?
I threw my scales out because they cause me to trigger whenever I gain.
I go on a machine and get my weight/bmi/body fat once a week. If I can't do it Friday it will be Saturday :) x

 

You can weigh in a little later but please could it be before 4pm on Saturday evening?

sadly, I just realized I cannot join because I will be without internet for a couple weeks within that period :( sorry, but im out. I guess i will simply have to motivate myself

 

Hey, about how long will you be offline because maybe you could start off with us then get back to regular check-ins once you have internet access?

I have never heard of the Lunabelle diet before now, but it sounds very sustainable. Thank you for posting the instruction picture. I think I will try it for August.  :)

Yes we are. All fruits and veggies consumed count.

When do we get divided into teams? I'm looking forward to this challenge. I've bought new "value range" scales and they say I'm 4lbs heavier than the big electronic scales in the pharmacy (even though i think these are more accurate and my favourite method to weigh myself) so I'm changing my CW to 231 so I can weigh in on time rather than have to wait for someone to come with me to get weighed and make up some excuse as to why I'm doing it.

Charlie, that really sucks about the new scales! I hate when that happens.

It's not a silly question. :)
If you want, you can weigh yourself today (Mon 29th) to get your SW or you can stick to the one you wrote here.

Hey Binky, no you do not need to log in your daily cals and etc. You just need to post a sort of overview of the week on Fri using the format on your team thread.
