I am SO late to the party, but I only just found this thread. I am interested and really CRAVING doing a biscoff, cookie butter, nutella or chocolate bar mono. But I am really stressing about HOW IN THE HELL you can lose weight eating so many calories? With for example a jar of 400gr of biscoff, you're already having more than 2300+ calories? And it is all sugar and stuff. How can you lose weight with so many calories?
The first mono I am tryibg today is with halo top ice crean. I bought 3 different tubs so yeah. And after that I thought calorie restrictive sausage roll mono and then I was lost xD I wanted biscoff and chocolate but yeah, above fear and worry hahahah.
So, if anyone has any tips, reassurements, anything ob how you can still lose weight eating so much? Thank you!

I think a biscoff contains multiple ingredients and might be a little riskier. But i've tried the chocolate mono and it really works!
