Ok... here's the plan for today:

 

breakfast: green tea (0 cal)

lunch: baby carrots (35 cal)

dinner: 1 cup sauteed mushrooms & onions (75 cal)

snack: dannon light & fit greek yogurt (80 cal)

 

Total: 190 cal

I'll join c: 

Starting today, it's currently 10 to 5am. 

 

Plan: 

B- A litre of water. Zero calories.

L- More water. Zero calories. -I'm supposed to be going out so it'll be easy to hide. c:

D- An apple. 80 calories. 

S- Banana. 100 calories.

 

Total:180 calories. 

 

We'll see how I go... I tend to eat more in the afternoon because I've noticed I don't really get hungry until I start eating. I'll update tomorrow morning or later tonight on how my day went. c: Let me know how yours goes too. :D


   hw: 63kgs / 139lbs

   cw: 56.6kgs / 125lbs

   lw:  50.9kgs / 112lbs

Actual:

 

fried cheese wedge 125 cal

bite of apple pie 75 cal

bite of grilled chicken 50 cal

carrots 35 cal

 

total 280

 

very dissappointed in myself, but still not too bad for a first day all in all I suppose... It REALLY sucks working in a restaraunt :/

breakfast: 1 serving special k w/ 1/3c unsweetened almond milk (120 cal)

lunch: dannon light & fit greek yogurt (80 cal)

dinner: 4oz. swai & 1 bunch grilled asparagus (135 cal)

snack: small apple (55 cal)

 

Total: 390 cal

Yesterday:

Sheperd's pie (270) but I purged some up.

It's absolutely disgusting to purge, would not recommend. :C Kinda disappointed although I'm happy that despite the taste I purged some out and I also exercised a LOT. 

 

Today:

Cup of soup (45 cal)

A bowl of crunchy nut cereal with skim milk (200 cal)

One homemade cookie which is around 125 cal. 

Definitely under 400 today, plus I did a little bit of exercise and I might do more later.

 

Tomorrows plan (600 cal):

A bowl of rice bubbles with skim milk for lunch (approx. 120 calories, if I remember correctly)

Sheperds pie with salad for dinner (270)

An apple for snacking. (80

440-520 ish. Plus I'll exercise as well. c:
