I was kinda forced to go on WW a month ago and I can see how it'd work but at the same time, I want to know if anyone who has BED/binge issues has tried WW and had success? I cheated quite a bit this month but to be honest, I wasn't trying as hard as I could. I know nothing's a quick fix, but if any COE's or BED type people have found WW helpful in controlling their binging?

I can just hear them now, 'how could you let us down?'
but they don't know what I've found, or see it from this way round
feeling it overtake, all that I used to hate,
one by one every trait, I tried but it's way too late
all the signs I don't read, two sides of me can't agree,
will I be in too deep?

I stay away from foods that cause binging...like chips
