Hey guys so I’ll go first

LW was 128 pounds 5’4...not that impressive πŸ™„ got there in 3 weeks from 160 pounds drinking black coffee for breakfast, a small red apple for lunch and a green apple for dinner and also 2 litres of water haha

114 pounds, 5'7

 

I got that low today after purging. Realistically, that's too low for me right now, as I'm dehydrated. Probably gonna go up to 116 or 117 after drinking water.

51.6kg, BMI 18.3
Eating vegan, high-carb really really low-fat
As unprocessed as possible, no refined carbs, no refined fats
3 to 7 apples a day
Up to one cup of oats a day
Tons of green vegetables like broccoli, cabbagge, kale and zucchini.
Mangos and cantaloupe.
A shitton of raw carrots.
Cauliflower.
Raw cocoa powder, plain tomato sauce, nutritional yeast and mustard.

The weight I'm at now (97 lbs, BMI 16.1) is my LW. I got there by just straight restricting for months. My restriction started probably around 800, then after I did the ABC diet, it went down to either 700 or 500, I think. Then it just gradually got lower. I was under 300 for a while, but I'm making myself eat at least 350 a day now. My weight loss has slowed down so much (I can only lose a pound a week at this point), probably because of low restriction.  :(

120-125lbs. I had an accident and basically my injuries took my hunger away completely for a month and I barely ate, and for the second month after that I ate maybe one meal a day if even that.

109 lbs by heavy restricting along with a 2000+ cal binge every couple of days. I was also working out almost everyday. I didn't have class or a job and I lived alone so I pretty much dedicated myself to my ed and drinking.

78 lbs by eating 300cal a day with one cheat day a week. Basically lived off 3 special k bars a day for a very very long time (I don't recommend it).

88 lbs, but that was a very long time ago.  I'm 5'3".  I got to that by not eating, or very rarely eating, I guess.

125, I got there by eating tons of homemade salsa, homemade sushi, lettuce as chips for the salsa, and drinking alcohol. That’s all I remember. I was starving and weak and almost died.

I’m 140 now at 5’6. I’m attempting to not restrict quite so much this time and actually eat two to three meals a day.

63lbs @ 5'4"

​black coffee, herbal tea, and about 200 calories of cooked veggies with vinegar & spices per day

4 b/p's per night

and walked about 30 minutes, but no deliberate exercise

 

also reached the same weight 10 years prior, but just purely restricting to 300 calories per day, no exercise or b/ping
