Diagnosed AN, in treatment. On the brink of relapse. I hate this weight.
LW: 84 lbs. Current weight is 127,64 lbs and BMI 19,6 (December 30th)... fuck...


I'm currently in treatment slightly relapsing

I began by eating only two Odwalla bars per day (250 calories each)
I did that for weeks.
Then I was so starved that I can’t remember the rest. I believe I stopped eating all together but I honestly don’t recall.
All I remember is the scale each morning, and the concerned people but the pride I’d feel when they cautiously expressed how thin I was getting and the pride when they mentioned my visible hip bones. I remember it becoming a game. I had reached my goal weight but just wanted to lose two more, then two more, then another two.
Honestly it was awful not being able to remember a damn thing, just going through the motions, but fuck I wish I could be like that again. Because here I am a gosh darn 40 pounds heavier wondering how tf I ever put on forty fucking pounds???? So many “I’ll never be this weight” that I have passed and now I am gosh darn five pounds over weight and FUCK I just want it to be like it used to be. I just want the will power and determination to be fucking skinny. Maybe not 112 again, but at the MOST 125. No more than that. Never again. Gosh I wish.

125, I got there by eating tons of homemade salsa, homemade sushi, lettuce as chips for the salsa, and drinking alcohol. That’s all I remember. I was starving and weak and almost died.


Is lettuce and salsa satisfying?
I frequently crave salsa but never know what to eat it with besides chips.

89 lbs.

I was eating less than 500 calories a day. A good amount of walking as I was a server in a very busy and large restaurant. I also took hydroxy cut and drank tons and tons of cold water.

lw: 89 lbs at 5' (bmi 17.4)

nothing really amazing. just ate 500 cals a day, 800 cals on weekends for 2-3 months, ran every morning for an hour. lost 10 lbs. 

usually ate a pbj sandwich or an egg salad sandwich and an apple every single day. or else sushi. on weekends, pizza.

I actually hit my lowest weight today. This was me two and a half weeks ago, I was 132 pounds and I'm 5'6. Today I'm 113 pounds. (Honestly the progress is kinda scary...but in a good way...?)

Mine is a guess really because I didn't have a scale. 100, but I was almost definitely shorter then than I am now (5'2) so I'd imagine it was more around 90 (I think I was 4'11). Really wish I had a scale and tons of pictures, but unfortunately hated myself too much & I really couldn't convince my mom to get me a scale because she said I "didn't need one." There's one picture where you can see my arms and they definitely look like bmi 18 arms to me so that, among others, is why I'm 99% sure I was right at borderline underweight (well now lol, at the time I thought I was revoltingly obese). So not really low at all :/

 

I probably started around 111 lbs that year, we had to weigh ourselves in gym class and that's the number I remember seeing. I don't know when that was though, I think it was at the start of my second semester so it would've been around January and I reached my LW (well, estimated LW) by June or July. I don't remember when I started my process of restriction/overexercising.

 

I just remember trying to eat 500 calories every day. A salad and soup for dinner. Never ate breakfast or lunch. I also exercised a lot but it was mostly running in place or that blogilates video Call Me Maybe squat challenge which I was obsessed with and I actually credit my thigh gap to bc I was doing it at least twice a day.

 

I remember that year someone asked me at the lunch table if I was either anorexic or had an eating disorder and my best friend at the time said something like "are you kidding? she's normal/average, look at her." I think she was trying to defend me - I mean we were 13 so the average weight was much smaller, maybe it was a compliment? - but yeah I immediately got up and went to the bathroom and started crying and maybe tried to purge even though I hadn't eaten that day and that was before I even learned how to lmfao.

47 kg. 1000calories per day, 1 hour of cardio+1hr of hulahop everyday

lost 10kg in 53 days, maintained on 2000calories for a year

then BED started .:)))))

103lbs & I was at home all day with no one to bother me, I would eat 700cal a day & stop eating after 8:00pm I binged so much though & it took me like 3 months to get from 110 to 103

I’m at my lw of about 95lbs (haven’t weighed since last Saturday) and by restricting to 400-700 cals a day and walking 30-50k steps every day

106 lbs 5’6. I was in serious stress over being homeless and simply stopped eating completely. Before my LW I counted calories and had a maximum intake of 500 calories but only if I did my 1000 sit-ups per day. If I only reached 500 sit-ups I would not allow more than 300 calories per day.
I should add that I have really muscular calves and a heavy framework

I got down to 92lbs, while I was abroad for a trip in Europe. 

I'm 5'9 and it literally wasn't my fault for once, we walked everywhere and were given very little in terms of meals, probably around 600~800 cal a day.
