In my adulthood, 120....i stayed there without trying and that’s really the sad part. Now i’m learning how to lose weight

82 lbs at 5’0. i was like thirteen, vegan, eating probably <10 grams of fat a day, averaging abt 1000-1200 cals a day. i was a figure skater at the time, and also danced, so prob five days of moderate exercise a week?

i would usually have 300-400 cals of oatmeal with fruit before school, a baggie of snap peas or carrots at school, oatmeal again after school, and then a v small portion of whatever we were having for dinner, usually salad, rice/boiled potatoes, and some other veggie. i actually ate more volume and calories then than i do now lmao. and that’s on metabolic damage luv

5ft3 - 88 lbs - BMI 16
It was 2016. Mostly restriction with the occasional b/p. A few months before I hit that weight I did an 11 day liquid fast so mostly coffee, diet soda and water and dropped 7-8 pounds maybe.
Then a year and a half or so later (sorry my memory is shit) I got back down to low 90's by biking to work, meticulous restriction sometimes high sometimes low, and STRESS.
Now I live entirely alone, just started a 2nd job (both on my feet), I don't work my old sedentary job anymore, and I WILL get back to my LW. 12 pounds to go!!

5’6”
87 pounds
BMI around 14
My weight was fluctuating daily by a pound or two. My weight would bounce between 87 and 90 pounds.

First, I lost weight from being super sick.
After that, I lost more by restricting and taking Lamictal.

I don’t know how long it took me to get there I’m still living the same damn nightmare.

I was 5'6 i think and 103.75 lbs
Got there by low restriction and fasting

Absolutely not sustainable
Gained straight back up to 109 and stayed there until i started getting taller
18 yrs old

5'8
Highest BMI: 19.0
Lowest BMI: 16.7

Goal BMI: 15.0

90 lbs at 5'4" and I just restricted to 800 or less and purged if I went over.

My lowest weight was 98 pounds at 4'10'' and that was when I had Mono.

how did lamictal affect your weight?

how did lamictal affect your weight?
just asking bc i was on it several times before with no change and back on it now.

it completely kills my appetite. Mirapex does too.
I spend a lot of time worrying that my psychiatrist will take me off of them.

95lbs at 5ft and after years of struggling with an ED, I didn’t even get there on purpose! It was 4yrs ago, I was living across the country from my family and had just got my heart broken. I became vegan and literally just walked EVERY WHERE exploring the city. To be fair, it was an extremely walkable city but everything was so new and exciting! Even when I went work, the walk was sometimes up to three hours but I did it anyway. It also helped that I worked on a food truck and every day I worked somewhere new.

132, 5'4.5....I was there like a week ago lmao. 

So it dosent seem that impressive anymore..I went from 170 in mid october to 130 in mid july, but it was really more like 170 in mid october to 140 in december then I startted getting *massie* plateaus and it took january to febuary to get to 138ish then febuary to now to get to 130. I was there for like a day and I've mantained around 135 for the past few days. I lost the initial weight by eating very little or nothing at lunch and then eating a small normal dinner, but always under 500 calories. Right at the end og first semseter I just basically did OMAD, only eating as little as possible of dinner. Ahh, the good ole days. I was also experimenting with purging at that time, but I only did it a few times. I had some weird exerscise rutines that i'd do if I could remember.

Right now I have a turky dog and some kind of fruit for lunch and then whatever my grandma makes for dinner, than I go on a walk and go to a bridge and purge, I used to go on a full blown walk after that but now i've been just chilling in the woods and singing lmao. starting next week I will have corn chips and laughing cow cream chese for lunch with whatver for dinner, week after that..who knows. My life situation is weirn atm lmao

66Ibs with OMAD (5’5). Now I’m 69Ibs and feel like death. Most of my diet is just carbs and fat so even though I’m really “light” that’s only cause I have no muscle whatsoever. Muscle weighs more than fat so even if the scale says I’m skinny I’m just a sack of bones and fat really, kinda gross.

5'6 and 52 kg, lost 8 kg in three months by eating around 500 kcal or less.

 

No social life, no b/p sessions, no fasting, no exercise apart from cycling and walking 1-2 times a week for one hour. 

Eating lots of fruit, vegetables and nuts. Healthy stuff in general.

Also, I was in a weird mental state where nothing really bothered me, I was emotionless, didn't even feel hunger.
