28kg / 62lbs at 5’1. BMI 12.

Got there with high restriction, starting with maybe 1500, which dropped to about 1,200 over a few months up till I got to my LW. After that I maintained it for a year eating approx 1350 a day. Then got shoved in IP

The only exercise I did was walking (about two hours a day)
And during the maintenance year I was jogging for 90 mins a day but wasn’t doing that during weight loss.

I am actually 26, although anyone seeing me would think I was closer to 16. My BMI is actually under 14, although anyone seeing me would think it was closer to 24.

105 / restricting to 600/800 per day - purging if I ate more - or tbh purging that too if I felt like o couldn’t hack having the food in me and also exercising just too 21,000 steps so nothing mad

CW: 133 lbs

 

GW1: 130 lbs

GW2: 120 lbs

I actually hit my lowest weight today. This was me two and a half weeks ago, I was 132 pounds and I'm 5'6. Today I'm 113 pounds. (Honestly the progress is kinda scary...but in a good way...?)

How did you lose so much weight so fast?

I got to 5 stone 10, 80lbs at 5’3

I was able to this by eating 100 calories a day (for 9 months) but allowed myself small jacket potato with beans on a Saturday. My organs began to fail, I went into chronic kidney failure, lost 1 of them, heart is damaged and it was the most miserable time of my life

99 lb. (BMI ~13) during an ulcerative colitis flare-up. The lowest I had restricted to before was about 112 (BMI ~15), but it has been easy for me to maintain in the 105-100 range ever since I dropped down to my lowest weight.

99-100 pounds at 5'10

 

got there 2 ways:

fasting for 5 days and b/p for 2

 

and high restricting

usually averaged 1200 cals

90lbs (bmi ~13) got there on fear. Wasn't intentional, I just became progressively too afraid to eat and at some point stopped altogether. I wasn't even weighing myself until my therapist strongly encouraged me to, when my weight was violently dropping off me. I lost 20lb in a week before rushing myself to IP - because god almighty did I need help!

i don't remember what it was exactly but I got to my lw's through fasting with sometimes binging inbetween then going right back to fasting

80 pounds.  My blood sugar got too high and I lost 30 pounds in a month without trying - for the first time in my life I was eating at McDonald's almost every day.  I wouldn't recommend it to anyone it was awful.

Lol but 165-105 from fasting, dancing 3-4 hours a day and barfing when i binged

87 lbs at 5’4, eating a diet of overly diluted oatmeal & carefully measured 1/4 cup servings of ice cream when I was desperate. These were dark times...but I still love oatmeal

50lbs at 11 years old. I was around 4’5 I think. Can’t really remember much at this point. I do remember crying every single time my mom tried to get me to eat. I would hardly eat anything. Probably less than 400 cals on the days I actually did eat. Ended up inpatient for that one.

For closer to my current height (1 inch shorter then) it was 91lbs. I actually lost the weight fairly quickly by following the Ana in training diet for two weeks and then continuing to restrict to less than 700 cals a day. I ended up gaining it all back plus more though. :(

82lbs at 5’3. This was five years ago though. Kept the weight for about a year and than gained so much weight by going in and out of recovery. Basically just low restricting anywhere from 300-500 cals a day. Tried to always keep it under 300.
