I will definitely join. I'm new to this site but I'd like to do this diet to work up to a couple fast days. I can check in daily and post my weight and what I'm eating. I also binged today. I managed to purge most of it up but I just hate purging need to take control! We can do this!

Ok so plan for today:

- small salad with 2 cups iceburg lettuce (20cals)

-2 cherry tomatoes (10cals)

- half a cup of cucumber (8cals)

- half of a small avacado (130cals)

- 1 teaspoon low fat balsamic dressing (15cals)

If I stick to this plan, I should consume 182 calories today. Day one is the toughest but we can definitely do it!

@l0ganCIRCLE: what is your plan for today?

Well I guess I'm kinda a loner for this one, but if anyone else wants to oin feel free! Today was somewhat successful. I stuck to my food plan, but i had a 70 cal energy drink, putting my total at 252 :( big fail. I really needed it to be able to get through my hour and a half workout though. I burned 550cals, so I'm not being too hard on myself about the overage.
- I did 30 minutes treadmill at 5.6. 30 minutes elliptical, an half an hour of squats, pushups, ham curls, plank and crunches.

Hopefully I'll see he results on the scale in the morn. Overall: decent first day!

I started yesterday. c: Yesterday I more or less stayed under 200, I probably went 10 or so calories over, but no biggy, I did a lot of walking that day. I'm relatively happy with yesterday. Today all I ate was a cup of soup (45 cal), a bowl of crunchy nut cereal with skim milk (200 cal) and one homemade cookie which is around 125 cal. Definitely under 400 today, plus I did a little bit of exercise and I might do more later.

I also learnt yesterday that shepherds pie is disgusting to purge.

Tomorrows plan (600 cal) is no breakfast (I usually wake up at 11am anyway, way too late for breakfast), maybe a bowl of rice bubbles with skim milk for lunch (approx. 120 calories, if I remember correctly) and a sheperds pie with salad for dinner (my mum bought so much pie, 24 pies, 24 spinach rolls and 6 pasties). That will be a total of around 440. Plus I'll probably have a snack throughout the day. Like an apple or something. So I'm guessing anywhere between 440-540 ish.

Yay yay DJ Gopher thanks for joining!
Shepherd'spie does sound horrible to purge.... I really like 2468 because it helps me to not bp, as I know I will get an 800 cal day soon. Todays plan for me is similar to yesterday.
Salad with 1/2 avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and balsamic = 182cals
Energy drink=70 cals
Mango= 130 cals
3stalks celery = 20cals
Total for the day= 402

I am gonna head to the gym in the afternoon and burn at least 500cals.
Lady I saw decent results on the scale. I'm down 3.5 lbs since yesterday (but I have a lot to lose, so it's a bit easier for me to shed weight). I'm going on vacation with my fiancé and my family in may so I need to be acceptable looking by then.

@dj gopher: have any specific events coming up that you need to be thin by?

going back to school!! definite motivation for me.

Last time I went to school I got told I looked like I had lost weight, but I feel like I've gained since then (I haven't checked the scales, so I don't know for sure), so I'm trying to lose as much as I can before I go back. c:

I changed my plan a little bit after seeing the 15 calorie snack topic.

Breakfast (at 1pm) will be an egg white with some basil and about 40g of tuna. That's.... 61 calories.

Dinner at 6pm will be 150 ish grams of Boscastle Zucchini and Bacon Frittata (about 170 cal) and a Boscastle Sheperds Pie (270).

Making the total 501 calories. c:

Plan for the first day was screwed up.
I was forced to eat, but as of today Saturday, I've had a cup of V8 juice, 50 calories, Irish breakfast tea, plain, 0 calories, and water. Hopefully I can avoid bar food tonight if I go out.
