Ticker for my first goal:

I know that my first goal may seem fat to a lot of you, unfortunately I have big bones and severe PCOS and this is what I was told is my "ideal weight", however once achieved my "healthy" goal, depending on the size I will be, I have other goals (that I may or may not decide to pursue):
GW2: 60kg
GW3: 58kg
GW4: 52,6kg
GW5: 51,3kg
UGW: 50kg 
 
 
 
You know you have an ED when... You walk into a pizzeria that offer pizzas under 600 cals, salad included, ask the waiter the exact amount of calories of the low cal pizza margherita, he doesn't know the answer, then make the same question to the chef and the restaurant manager, and they don't know the answer, leave the restaurant without eating, walk a mile, walk into another pizzeria to ask if they offer low cal pizzas, which they don't, then take a bus to another place and have a 470 cal pizza in another restaurant... then feeling guilty because of the calories and the carbs and wish you didn't had the pizza you craved for months and walked half a mile to get a bus to go home pinching your abdominal fat!

Do any of y'all have kik?
What do you all think about a support group or maybe a challenge/competition?
I want to lose about 10lbs a month between now and 2014 putting me at a 17.some BMI. I think I'll be starting a ketosis diet in August.

Ok that's four on kik. I'm new to it too, but I'm gonna try to add y'all to a group. We can use this thread too, for folks without kik!

I'm on a 600 day of 2468 (right now I'm at 180 for the day, gonna make homemade Chinese for dinner). I think I'm going to start eating a little more like I when I maintained before recovery.. A small breakfast <200, no lunch or a plain salad, and eat a small dinner with my boyfriend <400. I'm also thinking about a ketosis diet after my birthday 8/2.
My boyfriend said he'd go on it with me!

What sort of plans are y'all doing?

-i'm gonna start abc diet for a week as well as exercise my ass off!! :D  my dad just got this elliptical exercise machine thingy at home ( dunno wat its called )

i'm traveling next week to see my entire family back in my home country so i am hoping to lose 5 kgs by then!!  ( 11 pounds )

 

- once i get there gotta change plans... i'll do the 2468 diet ( need the inc of calories bcuz of all the food my granny and aunt will make for us !!  aaahhhhh!! )
