This has been my take on the 2468 Diet, for me personally the lowests days there is no way I could keep up with it. I know I need to pull X calories so for me it is not the best that works out, unless I could bump the days up to suit my specific needs. Is that even possible though?

just adjust it to suit your lifestyle when your less active go for 200 and when your more active go for 800

I just finished my first 800 day :) im loving it so far. I dont have a scale, hubby threw it out, however i can already tell a difference in my body!

I like the diet, I just find it kind of extreme. I work out every day and the 200 kcals days are just absurd... I burn about 500-1000 per day
