Don't restrict water intake, but it may be liable to head up again unless you've been restricting your intake on top of that.

i’ve been stuck in 101-103 for the past month and i reached 98lbs last night too i’m so happy :,) haha good luck!!

Omg there IS light at the end of the tunnel! Here I am frustrated being aroubs the same weight range for months and I'm reading a story on someone who had gonw through the same ordeal for 4 freaking years!

OMG no way! Its amazing finding someone going through the same story! What are you stats?
The one and only 5 Bite Diet...its amazing and WORKS! its is basically 5 bites of any food for lunch then 5 bite for dinner, any drinks as long as its no calories and they also suggest a multi vitamin. I changed it up a bit so i could ween my self in to the diet.
I have 5 bite for breakfast, 5 for Lunch then 5 for dinner and i lose 1lb a day.. i lost 4lb in 3 days and i binged for 1 day and gained nothing the day after so its a diet that keeps the weight off (obviously if you go on a 3 day binge your gonna gain it back).
