Been eating 0-100 calories during the week but been getting sick. Probably need to re-evaluate but I don't really know where to start. Not eating is not a problem. Getting sick is >_<
Why do you stop losing when your eating around 500 cals and it's low fat low carb ?

I've experienced this a lot. It stops. Then goes. Then goes up. Then lower than before. Just stick with it Me personally it has to do with if I've been drinking alcohol, when my period is, and if I'm drinking enough water. It's not going to be constant, but don't take weight loss as an opportunity to add more food and plateaus as a reason to give up.
Tenacity will get you to your goal!
