k so, this week was my birthday so my parents made me go out to dinner with my family and i was going to order a salad and my mom thought i wasn't eating enough so she ordered me this massive fajita plate thing and literally watched me eat and made me eat it all. then the next day my mom decided we needed to have a big family dinner for no reason at which she also made me eat a ton and watched me eat, AND she bought cake which she ALSO made me eat. then today she literally made me eat pizza TWICE, not once but TWICE! and when i say forced i mean literally yelled at, my mom literally accused me of starving myself and of course i don't want her finding out. but she literally forced me to eat like she yelled at me IN PUBLIC! i literally feel so awful right now and i don't know what to do. can anyone help me please? i'm literally desperate right now  :(

there are many options.

1. work out a lot more

2. reveal your sickness and act as a victim (this will ruin your life btw)

3. step up your acting game and seem very healthy so you can refuse unhealthy foods. become a vegan. idk.

 

and there is more but.. i am not going to advise you those ones.

thanks, i think i'm gonna pretend to become vegan so my family stops forcing me to eat stuff.

Becoming a vegan (and ending up becoming lactose intolerant because of the cut of dairy etc) actually really helped me with my weight-loss. I got so lean so quickly! I'd really recommend it  :)


Here are my stats:

 

HGT 162 cm

 

​BMI 18.6

 

SW 150 lbs

 

CW 108 lbs

 

GW 106 lbs

 

UGW 98 lbs

 

All I want is control and perfection

Honestly, I had two cheat days last week bc of birthdays and anniversary celebrations and I still lost weight! Sometimes cheat days work on our favor I guess xo

ikr, like honestly, she constantly calls me fat then tells me i need to eat. talk about a contradiction.
