I went to the supermarket as i wanted the bone-in chicken breasts. They were sold out and i threw down my basket and walked out. I've been in a bad mood since

Spending like 10 bucks on the vending machines at school to get some 0 calorie sodas and then sneaking them home all whilst thinking about how they probably aren't really zero calories and I'm kidding myself and will get fat as well as broke off them

So I woke up, and waited a few hours and had about 150 cal, in under two hours I had over 900 calories and I'm currently downing water like there's no tomorrow and after school gonna work out and skip dinner.

 The other day a girl who i haven't seen in school in a while came up and said hello to me. I was shocked, she looked so skinny. She said she lost OVER A STONE because she was sick with the flu. She went on to talk about how she needs to gain weight and can eat loads of take-aways and chocolate for the next month or so..... I'm so jealous 

 

 

My friend told me he had once has an illness that caused him to lose like 15-20 lbs, and he could see his rib bones. I sat there for 20 minutes trying to weasel the name of the illness out of him so I could see if there was any way I could get it for myself. Ironically, I also have a deathly fear of being sick, so I ate loads of food at the same time since I was feeling super weak to make sure I didn't vomit everywhere.

 

What is my mind haha

 

(seriously anyone with that illness who's contagious hit me up though :P)

I feel gross for drinking water... It's fucking water. My brain is extra illogical lately. Yesterday I broke down because I ate half a protein bar.. That's it. Like??? Brain... Stop.

I woke up with the flu and found that its even easier to make myself purge- so I keep purging even though my stomach is empty. I'm also really happy its an excuse and a reason to keep fasting.

Woke up feeling bingey as FUCK after having eaten more than my planned intake yesterday and was ready to go full on binge mode

I had a mental breakdown over 1400 calories and no exercise. I'm still in the breakdown with tears coming down my face. 

 

It's so stupid, since most normal people would think 1400 calories is what one loses on.

 

I gain if I eat more than 1300 without exercise. fml.

Was suppose to fast today then parents noticed I haven’t eaten anything so I had some peppers and then I purged an entire pepper pizza and Cheetos. Thank god im still at a net calorie of 600 thank god to my workout this morning but still pissed at myself

Probably any given evening. The binge urges ramp up and so does the anxiety about it. It’s also the only time of the day I’m not busy, so boredom eating urges don’t help.
