all right :) here is my update for day 1 :

sw 148.0 lbs :(

Intake :

118g banana 105
1 cup americano 15
Truvia 0
80 ml of organic unsweetened almond milk 10
Cauliflower and veg fried ยซ rice ยป 83
2 cans of diet dr pepper 2
600 ml of vegetable soup 144
Total : 359/400
 
(oh and I'm counting the cals from fruit and vegs even if we're not supposed to)

I only ate one meal today which was dinner, it was a potato, tomato sauce stew thing that my mum made. Had loads of peas and sweetcorn in it, had it with some bread (probably too much and a sprinkle of vegan cheese) my boyfriend also made cupcakes to my dismay and I also had one of them. I probably hit 500-600 calories today  :(

I decided to count fruit and vegetable calories too because they can add up so quickly!

Ughhhhh I totally failed day 1 D: But here's my update:

 

Day 1 (5/28): FAILED

Start weight: 236.4 lbs

Intake: WAY TOO FUCKIN HIGH

 

Basically my future in-laws are in town and things got a little crazy. I'm so happy you've all done so well!! I hope to see great losses at the finish line for all of us

It's okay, eclecticdimensions. I failed too. I did fine up until the Memorial Day festivities began and I way overdid it in alcohol then the binging that goes along with getting drunk... It was all bad. But I'm gonna start right back on it today

Donโ€™t worry too much about failing one day. You guys can still lose tons of weight by doing the rest of the diet. And 500-600cals is still super low !! :) :) :)

So I'm done eating today so Day 2, 5/29/18
SW: 120
Intake: 350/300 (closer, I was eating dinner with family so I couldnt be precise and definitely over ate a little bit. I rounded up to 350 to be safe)
3/4 cup kashi cinnamon toast cereal (90 cals)
.15 cup silk unsweetened almond milk (5)
1.25 cups of instant miso soup (45)
~50g teriyaki steak (~110+)
1/2 golden potato (~65+)
~5g margarine (~35+)
And lots of green tea.

I went over my goal but I still think I did well given the circumstances :/

...And I'm back...!

Forgot to update for Day 2, but Day 3 went great. Limit was 400--I ended up at 370.

 

I didn't eat anything until 6, when I had raspberries and half of a hamburger patty. My fiancรฉ worked late, so it was easy to avoid eating for the day.

 

I'm glad you guys are doing well too!! I'll be weighing in tomorrow!
