Alright everyone! Time for a challenge!

Since the 1st of June is right around the corner, let's start the month off with a group diet :)

(also this is my first post in forever, apologies if this is an utter mess)

~

The Skinny Girl Diet

or

The Healthy Skinny Girl Diet

 

You can join either one you feel more comfortable with, just be sure to let everyone know

~

RULES

1) Eat the designated amount of calories, or under, for each day

2) You can decide if any unused calories for that day can carry over, but make sure to keep up with them and let the group know

3) Try to burn off at least half of the consumed calories for each day

 4) Must update the group daily your stats 

(e.g. weight check ins, consumed calories, burned calories, etc.)

5) If for any reason you are unable to complete the diet, be sure to update me so I can remove your name :)

6) If for any reason you want to switch between diets, just let me know

If anyone has any suggestions to add to rules, feel free to let me know!!

REGARDING POINTS

For each day completed with set consumed calories- 1pt

For each day completed by fasting- 2pts

For each day completed with half of total consumed calories burned- 1pt

For each day completed with all consumed calories or more burned- 2pts

For each lb lost at the end of June (e.g. losing 5lbs = 5pts)- 1pt

Day 9 - 300cal/800cal

Day 10 - 400cal/900cal

Day 11 - 500cal/1000cal

Day 12 - 450cal/950cal

Day 13 - 650cal/1100cal

Day 14 - 700cal/1150cal

Day 15 - 400cal/900cal

Day 16 - 300cal/800cal

Day 17 - 400cal/900cal

Day 18 - 450cal/950cal

Day 19 - 500cal/1000cal

Day 20 - 650cal/1100cal

Day 21 - 700cal/1150cal

I am SO SORRY guys!! I haven't been able to log on and update any of you until just now. This was originally for a group on kik that I'm in, so it's been talked about there that we need to start this diet on Monday due to the rules on the skinnygirldiet. We were planning to start this tomorrow (6/4/18). I hope no one is upset if we start it the way it should be? I completely forgot that some days are dedicated to weekends, so it won't link up correctly.

 

You all have done so well though! For that, I will start you all out at an additional 2pts to everyone who updated here. I apologize again for not being able to update you all beforehand.

 

I hope you all will still join me to do the challenge! Thank you all so much for being so patient <3

Hey, I'm the original poster of the skinny girl diet challenge we're doing! I'm so sorry I was unable to update everyone beforehand, but this was originally a challenge for a kik group I am in, and we realized the diet has to be started on a Monday due to some days being dedicated to weekends. So, we're supposed to start the diet tomorrow! (6/4/18)
 
If you want to, we'd be happy to have you still join the challenge! To apologize, I'm going to go ahead and start everyone who updated an additional 2pts!
 
Again, I apologize and hope you'll still be part of the challenge (: Updates should begin tomorrow!!
