Hey, guys 

 

On 04.06.2018 I'm starting AIT diet. This diet lasts 28 days, I try to work-out 5 times a week (how many times it's possible).

 

I do not eat: sweets, junk food & bread

 

I drink: 1,5 l water and 2 cups of coffee (plus without lactose milk) 

 

I must sleep > 8 h *

                                                        * when i'm sleepy i'm so hungry 

 

About me ♡ - height: 174 cm / CW: 60,8 kg / GW: 47,0 kg

 

CW: 58 kg (24.05.)

  yesterday  

 

 I  ate a x3 cereal bar (Fitness) My friend bought 3 especially for me because "I never eat anything".

It was cute, she cares about me very much. 

 

A few days ago she bought me a whole pack of such bars and put them in my backpack when I was not looking.

I never told her that I was on a diet or that I had a eating disorder. Does she suspect something?

I did not eat anything today. 

I just drink moreee coffeee & study.

I am so afraid of eating , gaining weight.

SATURDAY 

 

two days I did not eat anything, and today I f*ck it

 

I had to make a presentation about the celebration of Francophonie - in French.

For French people. I'm not French so I felt strange.

I knew everyone in this room spoke better than me, it was really a difficult experience

 

My younger sister cut her hands - every trace on her hands is a scar in my heart. 

I hope she will never do it again.

 

I have a lot of exams that I have to pass perfectly, I do not sleep at night, I'm crying, eating or starving.

me - 300 kcal 

 

I ate breakfast, that's enough. 

today I have detox. From Monday I will eat 3 small, easily digestible meals.

just vegetables and some dark bread (sometimes)

sporadically some fruit. 

 

I do not have time for excuses anymore, summer is coming.

I do not want to constantly walk in long pants and blouses because of my weight. 

people think I have cut hands and legs,

because even in hot weather I wear clothes that cover my whole body.

 

they look at me like I'm crazy. 

I'm so ashamed of my body that I can not even wear a blouse for a short sleeve.

I hate summer, because I hate myself.

I sleep longer and I can not wake up.

I am very irritated, I do not see myself losing weight

I drink too little water, I eat too few vegetables, I have digestion problems

I must to start taking laxatives.
