Hello world

I started the SGD today, but I honestly just want to change it a little.
I have a trip to Italy and Greece coming up and I'd like to lose weight

but keep things a little..less noticable?

So I decided to modify the diet a little.

 

Day 1 550
Day 2 500

Day 3 450

Day 4 500

Day 5 550

Day 6 750

Day 7 800

 

Day 8 550

Day 9 600

Day 10 550

Day 11 500

Day 12 550

Day 13 750

Day 14 800

 

Day 15 650

Day 16 550

Day 18 450

Day 19 400

Day 21 650

 

Days in red are weekends

The numbers aren't random but they're a little

higher than the normal SGD calls for.

 

I count fruits and veggies. I try to exercise

but not that much because I just..Bleh. Feel free to tho!

 

 

I'll post pictures of my food if I can, sometimes I don't

get the change but I'll try.

I didn't eat an actual meal, that's why

it was so high. Lunch I didn't finish my

noodles and I made a salad for 'dinner' and finished

my noodles (so I didn't count the calories for those) but I ended up

eating a protein bar and a half while laying in bed lol (terrible I know).

I can def eat less if I just stay away from protein bars.

I burned 100 calories by running so that's something.

 

Update: Ate a 50 calorie tortilla.

UPDATE AGAIN: SCREW ME ATE ANOTHER 340 CALORIES SOOOOOOOO I FAILED THE

So since yesterday was a MAJOR FAIL I decided to

subtract the calories that I went over with

from the amount I could eat today.

845-550= 295

 

Today's allowance 500

500-295= 205

 

200/205

 

Breakfast: 5?

I didn't eat breakfast because I was

mega hecka depressed (which was why I binged

last night) from fighting with my

boyfriend and the binge.

But since I count multivitamins and such:

 

Olly Balanced Belly (5)
One A Day multivitamin {not the gummy, the pill} (0)

 

No pics bc you've seen the bottle before.

 

 

Lunch: 106

 

Chocorite protein bar {the one from yesterday} (100)

10g Blackberries (3)

18 g. Lettuce (3)

No pics again (sorry!) because this was basically

me snacking on leftovers from making a salad

for dinner.
