I like to eat 100g+ of cucumber with a teaspoon of mustard. This usually keeps me going between breakfast and dinner, which I have to eat with family.

I like to cook an assload of spinach (~15 calories) and onion (1/4 cup ~20 calories) in low cal cooking spray, set aside and heat up some jimmy dean sausage crumbles (70c 1/2 cup) set aside and then make an omelette, adding this stuff in with 3 egg whites (50c) and 1 whole egg (70c), or make a scramble. Top with cholula. 225 calories total. With two pieces of Sara Lee 45 toast that's 315 calories, it's a large amount and is delicious. If I am making a scramble I nix the whole egg and eat more egg whites which is a massive amount of food, keeps me full most of the day and if you eat it around people it looks like you're eating A LOT. Non-ED folk also love it when I make them it, it's so tasty. Makes a great binge food too that won't destroy you.

Cook mushrooms and/or onions (up 2 u) in the saucepan (with a SMALL bit of water or 0 cal spray) then put in whatever seasoning you like, along with the seasoning that comes with the ramen. Stir that shit around. Then add however much water you want to be your broth, put the noodles in and bring to a boil again.
Tastes so fucking good and fills me up all day

Smoothies made with frozen fruit and water are very filling• Sweet potatoes! Around 165 calories for a 6.4oz potato. Extremely filling and versatile
• Any vegetable really, but especially broccoli and carrots
• Egg whites
• Mushrooms
• Brown rice (1/2 cup of cooked brown rice is only 95 calories)
• Smoothies made with frozen fruit and water
