I like listening to meditation/relaxing music, doing yoga, or lighting incense or candles.

 

Turning off the lights and closing my eyes and just letting my mind wander freely. (I make sure I'm not too relaxed though cuz nobody wants to fall asleep when a candle or incense is burning.)

I make my bed so it's all cozy and flat, burn incense, put on lofi hiphop music from YouTube, or watch a movie, and make this really good 0cal grapefruit sodastream drink, then play Disney crossyroad on my phone or browse thinspo.

put on clean sheets on my bed, take a hot shower, do a face mask, put on some essential oils and watch a movie or something fun

Then, take a shower. When you go back to your room, instant relaxation.

Hot bath, music, yoga, massage can work wonders. For me nothing could be more relaxing than good massage, really! After my trip to Prague where I tried nuru massage for the first time, I became a real fan of different types of massages. I want to try them all so now I visit massage parlour here every weekends.

I like to make different videos online, to edit it and to develop my YouTube channel. As for me, I prefer https://cropvideo.co/ to edit all my videos that I have and it's very interesting to make really unique content for my viewers.

- Listening to/watching AMSR videos on YouTube while snuggled up in bed

- Going for a walk (preferably where there are little to no people around) 

- Singing my favorite songs

- Dancing 

- Watching movies/TV-series/anime/asian dramas/YouTube videos

- Yoga classes

- Getting a neck and back massage

- Having someone gently play with my hair and scalp (people doing my hair, going to the hairdresser, etc.)
