I like listening to meditation/relaxing music, doing yoga, or lighting incense or candles.
Turning off the lights and closing my eyes and just letting my mind wander freely. (I make sure I'm not too relaxed though cuz nobody wants to fall asleep when a candle or incense is burning.)

Light some candles, put some chill vibes music on, put on the Christmas decoration lights.
Then, take a shower. When you go back to your room, instant relaxation.

i find it very relaxing to play videogames while listening to very high music and shouting at everyone who kills me

Hot bath, music, yoga, massage can work wonders. For me nothing could be more relaxing than good massage, really! After my trip to Prague where I tried nuru massage for the first time, I became a real fan of different types of massages. I want to try them all so now I visit massage parlour here every weekends.

- Listening to/watching AMSR videos on YouTube while snuggled up in bed
- Going for a walk (preferably where there are little to no people around)
- Singing my favorite songs
- Watching movies/TV-series/anime/asian dramas/YouTube videos
- Yoga classes
- Getting a neck and back massage
- Having someone gently play with my hair and scalp (people doing my hair, going to the hairdresser, etc.)
