Aaaah, I'm absolutely freaking out!

Do you think it would be possible to lose 10kg/22lbs in four weeks? I was planning on fasting every second day and having something like 400 cals on every other day. I won't exercise besides cycling to school and back and walking my dog. Do you think it's possible?

Thank you so much for every answer!

What's the most weight you've lost in a month?

If you are nearly obese it coukd be done. If not, forget about it or forget about your health. There is no way you can actually lose that much, at least not that much fat (a lot of it will be water and muscle loss)

I mean it's possible but hard, and you might just end up gaining it all back.

The most I've lost in a month is 15lb but I gained it all back .-.

What's the most weight you've lost in a month?

I did lose 8 kg in 3 weeks once, by fasting for two days, then eating 200 kcal, then fasting again, then some days just eat a couple bites of food. It's hard but it can be done. Especially if you're at a higher weight - which I don't know.

It's possible.  You can do it.  It might be hard and you should be gentle on yourself if you can't

since you're only 122 pounds i would say it would be nearly impossible, though someone who was obese could probably do it

I think it depends on your weight. You’re 122 pounds, losing 22 lbs is very hard since you’re already tiny. But if you stick to this I guarantee that you’ll lose at least 10 lbs, but think about your health. How tall are you? :)

i think i once fasted for a week and lost 8lbs, and i was at a similar weight as you.
(also cycling back + forth from places)
so anything is possible, though you probably will be miserable though.

if you were to stick with the regime, i think it'd probably be easy for you to plateau since it's the same thing every other day.
maybe if you switched up the calories for your eating days frequently, it might be a little easier.
