Aaaah, I'm absolutely freaking out!
Do you think it would be possible to lose 10kg/22lbs in four weeks? I was planning on fasting every second day and having something like 400 cals on every other day. I won't exercise besides cycling to school and back and walking my dog. Do you think it's possible?
