AND WE ARE BACK!

Hello all and welcome back to my relapse. I'm gonna be going into this one softly, so why not bring back the old daily weigh-in!? As always, Dream-of-skinny started this wonderful sheet so make sure you save her the top spot if she decides she wants in on it too. I haven't been around since November last year so any and all newcomers are very welcome, and of course anyone who recognises this and wants to join in again definitely should!

Introduce yourself in the comments, I'd love to get to know you all. If anyone needs to talk or get some advice, I'll open my inbox every day so don't feel afraid to message me. And let's get to know each other too. We're one family and tribe here. As it's been a while since I've been here, I'll start off!

So my name is Leigh. I struggle with low self-esteem and depression, but I love to write and create! I also love gardening and plants and nature, and being out in nature; so I love hiking in the mountains and going on impromptu road trips. I'm also studying Ayurveda and implementing Aryuvedic routines and foods into my lifestyle, so I URGE you to ask me any questions about that. I also love photography and learning new things, so if there's anything you're SUPER into and passionate about (It can be anything!), mention it in your introduction.

Now here is the original intro. See you all in the comments!!

tumblr_murz18ykHS1qa3emao6_250.gif

If you're new to this, basically the situation is as follows:

I have made a google sheet, which you can find >> HERE <<

Simply add your username, age, starting weight (last day of previous month), and goal weight (for the end of this month) and you'll be good to go! Once you've began making progress (good or bad) it should start automatically showing up in the progress column (for example, -3.5 if that is what you've lost so far, or +1 if that is what you've gained). The remaining column will tell you how much weight there is left until you reach your goal.

Rules: ♡ You may not rearrange or edit the sheet in any other row besides your own (this was a big problem at one point..)

♡ Respect that everyone is in different stages of their own weight loss journey. Be supportive and kind to all.

♡  Try to stay active in this forum topic and share how you're doing!

NOTE: This is NOT a challenge. I set up these google sheets as a means of tracking weight, not for competition purposes.

Good luck everyone! Stay safe and stay motivated. You are capable of much more than you think.

hello :) I’d love to join (cause I’m obsessed with weighing myself lol)
My name is laren. I have depression and I believe I have some body dysmorphia sprinkled in there. I love animals and nature, I’ve been a vegetarian for a little over a year now. I’ve struggled with weight ever since I can remember. At one point I did lose a lot and I got down to 120lbs and still felt huge. I believe that’s when my disordered thinking about food began.

My highest weight was 215.6lbs and I’m not really sure what my final goal is.

Also I hope it’s okay that I don’t use the google sheets(just not my thing) but I’ll update daily on this thread. :)

Hi, I started at BMI 26+ but am currently BMI 21 ish, can I still join? It’s totally okay if I can’t but I just feel like I can identify more with higher BMI people since I’ve always been one of them.

This thread could not have come at a better time! I just had a huge binge and feel like a fat piece of shit. My name is Mira, I am 34 married with kids. My highest weight was 243lbs, I currently weigh 230lbs. My UGW is 115lbs. I love weighing everyday and this just might be the motivation I need! I love nature, warmth, and music is my medicine.

Hey laren! We're so alike! Can't wait to hear from you during the month, and it's okay if you don't want to participate in the sheet. You're welcome to join later in the month too if you change your mind.

Hey Mira, I'm super happy you found this. I've always found that the daily push really helps me get through the month, so this was perfect for me when I first started too! Hope it helps you just as much as it helped me last year

I've made the sheet public (I THINK) now so you shouldn't have a problem adding your stats. Lemme know if it still needs permissions or not thnx!

This is great and just in time! I would love to join if its okay : )

Im Deniz, 5'10 and my starting weight is 77kgs. My goal weight is 60kgs. I love the outsides, animals, indie music, astrology. I recently had a big move, so Im still under culture shock, which developed anxiety and depression for me. I feel like this will be a great help to me, since I love weighing myself daily and not being able to keep track of it.

(Also,,, i wrote in my stats and my access was denied... i sent a request if it works, sorry!)

Okay well, my name is Miranda and I’m 17. I like musical theatre and dancing, all of which I study at school. I also enjoy playing Pokémon go and taking long ass walks

My highest weight was 75 kgs, and I got there by developing BED thanks to anxiety, depression, my parents divorce and some other unpleasant events. My GW is 50 kg right now but my parents are on my back so I’m unsure if I’ll be able to get there.

I also have a cute cat.

I like keeping track of my weight with spreadsheets and stuff like this since I’m a super messy person otherwise

This is a great idea.

My name is Sage. I'm 25. I love movies and I'm looking into going back to school to study film soon as I want to be a director .

My highest weight was around 220 or so but I'm now at 197 lbs.

My first goal is to get to about 150.

I'm hoping this will help me gain control of my eating habits and ultimately my crazy life

:)

Hi my name is Ryan and I am truly disgusted with myself. I just got back from treatment a couple months ago and my parents have been watching me go to the bathroom as to not let me purge. Now I am at my HIGHEST weight. I dont think any of you are ready for this. Keep in mind I am 6'3 guy but here we go. I weigh 245 lbs rn  . My long term goal is to get to 190 maybe even less. My shorterm goal for the month of july is to be down to 235. But since I cant binge and purge Im trying to take a new path...restricting. I would really like to be apart of this group!

I've never tried this before, but hopefully daily tracking will really keep me accountable so here we go.

Hi, my name is Kris.  I'm a 36 yr old female starting my life over from scratch - almost like hitting the reset button but with extremely challenging mental health issues to deal with now.  I have PTSD, Panic Disorder, Depression, and a 20 year history with various eating orders though it seems that the PTSD has kicked started my decline back into AN.  My highest weight was 250 lbs (and 5'3 I'm totally disgusted with myself for letting it get that bad - BED) and my current weight is 138 lbs.  I've been stuck at this weight for about a month now.  I'd love to see 125 lbs by the end of July, but given my plateau that may be a very lofty goal.  I still see myself as a huge, fat person when I look in the mirror but I'm hoping eventually I'll be able to see just how far I've come.

I just recently moved to a new city in a new country after 12 years in a toxic and very abusive marriage that ended when he took his own life and I found his body.  For now I'm unemployed but going back to school in September for Computer Engineering as I really want to be a programmer.  I'm interested in web development as well, so as a way to pass time this summer, I bought a domain and hosting space and am teaching myself to create my own website with the intent of hopefully eventually being able to do freelance work since my mental health issues prevent me from going back to working customer service.

I really enjoy running and have started training for a half marathon.  I also spend a lot of time just randomly walking around exploring my new city.  Recently, I've started becoming interested in craft beers and tend to search them out to try them (though it's extremely hard for me to do this on my own - I'm working on it!)  Photography is another one of my hobbies and I'm an avid animal lover.  Can't wait to have another dog (someday) as I lost my best friend, a German Shepherd, to cancer.

Edited to add that I've requested access to the sheet as I don't have access

Mornin' everyone! Sorry I left you hanging last night. I had to do some crisis control and was having a hard time hiding this from Mr. Leighanu.

So the new link is above, and I'll also put it in this comment. I haven't made it public, but anyone with this link can edit the sheet. I tried to do that via my phone yesterday but it seems that didn't work.
