Hello all and welcome back to my relapse. I'm gonna be going into this one softly, so why not bring back the old daily weigh-in!? As always, Dream-of-skinny started this wonderful sheet so make sure you save her the top spot if she decides she wants in on it too. I haven't been around since November last year so any and all newcomers are very welcome, and of course anyone who recognises this and wants to join in again definitely should!
Introduce yourself in the comments, I'd love to get to know you all. If anyone needs to talk or get some advice, I'll open my inbox every day so don't feel afraid to message me. And let's get to know each other too. We're one family and tribe here. As it's been a while since I've been here, I'll start off!
So my name is Leigh. I struggle with low self-esteem and depression, but I love to write and create! I also love gardening and plants and nature, and being out in nature; so I love hiking in the mountains and going on impromptu road trips. I'm also studying Ayurveda and implementing Aryuvedic routines and foods into my lifestyle, so I URGE you to ask me any questions about that. I also love photography and learning new things, so if there's anything you're SUPER into and passionate about (It can be anything!), mention it in your introduction.

If you're new to this, basically the situation is as follows:
I have made a google sheet, which you can find >> HERE <<
Simply add your username, age, starting weight (last day of previous month), and goal weight (for the end of this month) and you'll be good to go! Once you've began making progress (good or bad) it should start automatically showing up in the progress column (for example, -3.5 if that is what you've lost so far, or +1 if that is what you've gained). The remaining column will tell you how much weight there is left until you reach your goal.
Rules: ♡ You may not rearrange or edit the sheet in any other row besides your own (this was a big problem at one point..)
♡ Respect that everyone is in different stages of their own weight loss journey. Be supportive and kind to all.
♡ Try to stay active in this forum topic and share how you're doing!
NOTE: This is NOT a challenge. I set up these google sheets as a means of tracking weight, not for competition purposes.
