Help! I have been eating 200-500 kcal a day and exercising regularly, everything was fine. But tomorrow I have this huge, HUGE, test and couldn't even go for a walk today cause I'm studying like crazy. Anyways, I ate my lunch like a mildly normal person because my parents were eating with me. I ate a small piece of fish, some broccoli and mashed potatoes, it was a small portion I think, but still slightly more than usual for me. For dessert I decided to treat myself, ate a petit gateau with vanilla ice cream (one and a half scoop of ice cream). I don't usually binge, because I try to plan every "fear food" I'll eat for the week, so this petit gateau was planned. But that was when things went downhill. I was stressed because of the test and decided to get a kit kat, too. I felt guilty, so I drank some tea (with no sugar), but then I decided to eat a big piece of watermelon! And I still have dinner to eat, because my parents want to eat with me!! I know this is probably not that much food, but, as it wasn't planned, I am freaking out!!! Please, I just need some advice. I'm planning on fasting tomorrow, because I'll be out all day anyway. And sorry for my english, it's not my first language hahahaha I'm brazilian

It sounds like you'll break even.  You didn't really binge very big.  A one day fast will easily offset it.  Take a few deep breaths and say "it's okay".  I know I get the same way when I can't stay within my plan.  Also, your English is great.  I wouldn't have guessed it was your second language until you mentioned it.

It takes 3500-ish calories to gain a pound. Let’s say your TDEE is 1500 calories. You would have to have eaten 5000 calories to gain a pound.

You’ll be fine. Just reset and start tomorrow.
