Hey everyone I am starting this diet tomorrow and will be using this as a journal for it.


I will be weighing weekly and logging what I eat each day. Feel free to comment or ask questions or join in. I was thinking of doing 24680 but I'm not sure so I might just fast when I feel like it.


These are my stats:

Height-159.7cm or 5'2





GW1-58kg/ 128lbs

GW2-54kg/ 119lbs

UGW-50kg/ 110lbs

sorry i didn't get to update but this is what I had the last two days:

200 cal:

breakfast- 90g fat free natural yoghurt-49cal

                 75g strawberries- 22cal


lunch- 150g melon- 42



dinner- 95g scrambled egg white w/ 4 sprays 1 cal oil- 38cal

          -100g broccoli- 33cal


total-184 but I also had a coffee with a tiny drop of milk




‚Äč90g fat free yogurt- 49cal

75g strawberries-22cal


150g carrots-52cal

10g hummus-31cal

75g strawberries-22cal


200g scrambled egg white w/1 cal spray oil- 71cal

100gbroccoli- 33cal

1 pack of skips- 89cal


total: 369cal and a drop of milk


I think I am going to stop this and just fast for a while. I find myself even hungrier and craving food even more when I eat but when I fast I actually find it easier not to binge. Sorry for ending this log so soon.

I'm starting this diet tomorrow and I hope to use this as a diary/tracker. If anybody has tips for somebody doing a lot of exercises feel free to reply.


My stats:


height: 165 cm

weight: 65.3 kg

GW: 55 kg 

UGW: 47 kg.

Okay so I'm going to give this diet another shot but I'm replacing the 200 cal day with a fast day because eating so little leads to a binge for me and I find it easier to just fast instead of restricting to so little. so 0468.

Will keep yous updated xx

 2/06/2018 - Monday  -_-


today's limit: 200 cal



-1/2 cup of oats 150 cal

-black coffee 0 cal



-black coffee with milk  11 cal 

- chocolate truffle 42 cal


Dinner (I went to a restaurant w/ my mum)

-smoked mackerel 100 cal

-mixed leaf salad 6 cal

- salmon sushi (my mum made me eat it) 112 cal

- yogurt (low fat) 1/4 cup 52 cal


TOTAL: 483 cal 


- Dance, 3 hours  -934 cal

stretching, 15 min  -40 cal




I burned more than I consumed, but I still feel bad about going over the limit, I'm really tired right now (mostly the three-hour dance class I think). Tomorrow I have another class for the same amount of time. Any advice on keeping up on energy apart from coffee, when you do ballet?

Vitamins will probably help you with the energy thing. I have a vitamin that is specifically for enery. Or maybe berocca. I drink coffee because I like the taste but if I have too much I end up feeling even more weak. Don't feel bad about going over, it's not that much anyways. Just keep going tomorrow.

Today's limit: 400 cal 



- rolled oats 1/4 cup 75

- black coffee 1 cup 0 cal

- chocolate truffle 21 cal



- banana berry smoothie 175 cal



- tofu salad 21 cal 

- green tea 0 cal

- prawns with udon noodles and yakisoba sauce 133 cal


TOTAL: 391



- dance 3 hours -934 cal


I tried the vitamin supplements today and I feel much less tired. My mum told me that I lost weight, so I'm felt much better about myself, but I'm still afraid to step on the scale. After tomorrow I have a week off dance and I'm going to have to exercise much more. I think on Friday I might weigh myself.

Hey everyone,


I'm finding this quite hard the 800 calorie day is a big binge trigger for me and I always end up purging, so I think I just won't do it anymore. Also, I have kind off reached a plateau I lost one kilo and it won't budge, before this I ate 300 calories a day and I was losing weight consistently (I lost 4 kilos, not a lot but I was happy). Anyway, at least I tried, right?
