heya so just like the title says I'm going to be doing mono diets until 22 July when I go on holiday!

I started yesterday with a liquid mono ish? I had 400kcal of almond milk plus 300kcal of yogurt 

 

my plan currently is:

30th june: chia pudding mono

1st july: almond

2nd july: egg

3rd july: yogurt

4th july: almond/soya milk (whichever one is easiest)

5th july: - BREAK -

6th july: egg 

7th july: ?? I'm at pride so I will be having alcohol so I'm going to try just stick to low carb 

8th july: cream cheese

9th july: cucumber

10th july: ice cream (oops)

11th july: melon 

12th july: yogurt

13th july: yogurt 

14th july: soya milk (can be flavoured)

15th july: medjool dates (so excited for this one)

16th july: ice cream if my results before were good, if not then melon 

17th july: tuna

18th july: egg

19th july: nut (will decide what nut closer to the time)

20th july: egg

21st july: soya milk

 

My plan might change depending on cravings or whatever but thats it currently!! Please stay tuned for my results, I'll be posting every single day !!

RESULTS OF CHIA SEED PUDDING MONO

I ate:

Breakfast: 40g of chia seeds with water and sweetener 

Lunch: 40g of chia seeds in water

Dinner: 42g chia seeds in water and sweetener but I wasn't even hungry for this! Its just that I'd already made it and they're really expensive and I didnt want it left over as I plan to mono all week

RESULTS:

SW: 149.6

MORNING AFTER MONO: 148.6!!! -1LB LOST

I know maybe it had something to do with the calorie deficit also but I'm going to keep below my BMR with every mono, I personally just find mono's easier to not binge!

Plan is to mono my way down to my GW3 (140lb)

 

Today I'm doing an almond mono, I will let you all know tomorrow (if anybody's reading) how it goes!

RESULTS OF ALMOND MONO

I ate:

About 140g of almonds, 2 litre of pepsi max and a shot of vodka oops

I also went to a gig so I was dancing around for about 3 hours!

RESULTS: 

This morning I weighed in at 146.6!! -2LB LOSS!! CRAZY!!

Today I'm going to do an egg mono, I always break the egg mono so I'm going to try my hardest today to keep to it as I really want to get to 140 as soon as possible!!

RESULTS OF EGG MONO

I ate:

150g egg whites, 10 eggs! And I even cheated in the evening and had sour cream with my eggs and a couple of lettuce leaves 

Did 0 exercise I was basically in bed all day

Note: I did have 2! BM's also

RESULTS:

This morning I weighed in at 145.0!!!!! -1.6LB L0SS!!

Today I'm changing my mono from the original planned yogurt and I'm going to do a cucumber one considering I have tons of cucumbers in my fridge atm and they won't last as long as yogurts. Also I feel like I'm getting into/am in ketosis and I don't want to get out of it because of yogurt

‚ÄčI really hope I keep losing at this pace, I'll end up at 140 by next week!!

RESULTS OF CUCUMBER/FRUIT MONO (FAIL?)

Basically, I ate about 2kg cucumbers until 1pm (about 300cals) then I just ate fruit at about 5pm but I had a mix of fruit like grapes, mango and berries?

Overall it still came to under 1000 cals (like all my mono's will)

Note: I also had a BM

RESULTS:

This morning I was 144.6 so not much of a loss really but that could be down to the mix of fruits or breaking ketosis or the 'double mono'

Today I was going to do a double mono of almond milk and egg but I'm a bit scared now :/ 

Last time I tried to do just almond milk I ended up breaking it because I felt sick and weak so I don't know what to do today really, if anyone's reading help!!

I love your thread... I hope you'll go through till 22nd as planned. Interesting to see how this goes.
Please don't quit like some do on this forum!

Fwiw I'm on a chocolate mono today, but more of wanting to break the craving than to lose weight (if I lose then that's a bonus). I'm tired of going over my planned intake every day simply because I crave chocs and I really want to hate it for a while.

I've done chocolate monos twice before (months between each) and coincidently lost exactly 2lbs on each.

The thing about choc mono is.. both times it made me feel awful throughout the day and I remember getting a bad headache on my last one. Today I already had 200g worth of dark + white + choc spread and feel very gaggy lmao. But no headaches yet and I hope not to get any so help me God.

I'm on my 2nd mono day; yesterday was chicken (-1,2kg), today is frikadellen/meatballs. I have about 10kg to lose this month (yeah that's pretty unrealistic but I want to try to get as near as possible).

Sorry I wasn't on mpa these past few days.

3rd time's not a charm it seemed lol. Maintained. But it did make me (so far) not wanting to binge on chocs anymore.
My day went okay in the beginning. But I started getting dizzy and nausea around 7pm after I was done with my mono. Apart from that I was in and out of the bathroom (TMI sorry) as no2 was calling ever so often.

The nausea was not worth it so I don't think I'm repeating this anytime in the future lmao. That is, if I don't forget haha..

So little update  :) Last thursday I got super drunk lol and ended up eating loads of shit friday and saturday but I'm back on the mono's again, I did the banana mono today I've had 7 banana's and loads of diet coke, I don't know my post binge weight so I'm just going to take my weight from tomorrow instead!

My original plan has gone to shit lol as I'm going to do an apple mono tomorrow then a melon then a yogurt and I want to do the chia again soon and I might not do a date one as I haven't seen many results and might risk a chocolate mono?!?! I basically want to mono my way down to my goal weights and with most mono's I'm going to eat under my BMR as I don't really believe the whole your body doesn't register calories thing!

If anyone has any mono requests then I'll be happy to test them once I reach 140!

I had half a grilled chicken for lunch and half a grilled chicken for dinner. Also ran 5K. 

How are you doing?

APPLE MONO RESULTS

I had 8 apples throughout the day and disappointedly only went from 147.2 to 146.6

It's still a good loss but compared to other people's results I was maybe expecting more?

LOSS: -0.6LBS

 

CREAM CHEESE MONO RESULTS

but !! Yesterday I did the cream cheese mono but I cheated by adding tons of sweeter, cinnamon and even had a handful of almonds and chicken bringing my total calorie count to like 1500?! 

But this morning I woke up to 145.2 so I'm slowly getting back down 

LOSS: -1.4LBS

 

For the next 3 days I'm going to be doing the 'fat fast' to get into ketosis then I'm going to do some keto monos  :P

YOGURT MONO RESULTS

I ate 1300 calories worth of yogurt and ended up gaining 1lb? And had terrible binge urges.

Don't recommend!!

 

Side note: With my fat fast so far I've done 2 proper days and I've dropped down to 144.0lb !!
