Has anyone else had results on this diet?

I'm starting it for the second time, and I want to know if anyone else has done it, how long they did it, did they work out while doing it, and how much they lost.

The first time around I did it for 5 days, didn't work out, and lost 7 pounds!

I'm hoping for similar results this time, but I'm going to add in a light 30 min cardio workout every night.

A lot of people I've spoken to who have also done it, say that they got soooo tired of the apple, or the sweet potato after a few days, and to be honest I NEVER experienced that. I had no issues with any of the food. I also never felt hungry while doing the diet, which was amazing for me, because I am ALWAYS hungry.

I did it for 3 days, with no exercise, and lost about 2kg! 

Starting it again from tomorrow, but with exercise!
