Basically as the title says:

 

Name the funniest things you do or think, to stop yourself from eating the caloriebomb in front of you or in your fridge or you know where your fave cookies are but want to stop yourself from getting them and eating them...

 

I start: usually when I crave a food which I know I have on stock or laying around somewhere I start drinking coffee like an idiot :)

 

To get the funny thing about it I have to explain the relationship between me and coffe:

NOT GOOD!! I hate it and it goes rights through me!

I made a rule where whenever I wanted to eat something, I had to go complete one of those mini 'pro-ana' workouts. I hate exercising with a vengeance, so I thought it would encourage me not to eat or at least to burn some of it off.

 

Funnily enough, it wasn't the exercising that usually ended up stopping me; it was the thought of getting up off my chair, which I'd have to do anyway to get the food.

 

And, by the time I've done the exercise, I won't even eat the food anyway, since I'll be too exhausted to do anything else. Look, anyone who can burn over 1000 calories a day, I salute you.

Drink a shit ton of pepsi max. I have a problem but it's just so goood and it doesn't scare me because I know that after I eat the junk food I'll go insane and start crying.
Also no one hate me but pepsi is better than coke imo.

UPDATE: I mostly go running when I feel the urge to eat.

Works good but sometimes I feel so low on energy that I have to walk instead.

But mostly works for some hours to get rid of hunger/cravings. :)
