So, I should start off by saying I am a 5'1", 107.2 pound teenager at the age of 17. I usually will consume anywhere from 250 to 400 calories-- commonly I will stay under 400. Today was different. I had nearly 600 and I'm panicking... Will I gain weight from this? I really don't want to purge when I have never really done it or drink senna like I always do..

No, don't worry. 600 is way below your BMR, so you'll lose anyway. I usually restrict at 800 calories and still lose.

You will be okay, I eat 600-800 and lose 2-3lbs a month. If anything having a 600 cal day will keep you from killing yourself!
