So if u calculate ur tdee to be about 2000 cals a day and u eat 1000 calories and then u excersize up to 700 or 800 calories on the day r u going 2 lose or just maintain ur current weight ?

You would definitely lose weight. The TDEE is the amount of calories your body's daily expenditure, so if it was 1500 cals to keep you alive each day and then you burnt 1000 by walking around etc each day and exercise then you could in theory eat 2500 without gaining weight. So eating anything less than 2500 cals would put you in deficit.

Your TDEE includes your exercise. It’s everything for that day
