I have been stuck in a B/P cycle for the past 4 days and need to break it so I figured the best way is to put myself on a strict schedule. I will be starting tomorrow and posting updates daily about what I ate and how much I exercise. If anyone wants to join thats great but if not this is just an accountability thread for me to keep myself updated:)

Allowed 500 cals today
Exercise today: 90 min on elliptical, 100 lunges, 500 sit ups, 50 push-ups, 100 squats

I would ABSOLUTELY love to join you, if I may! 
I have been beyond successful the last four times however, I end up just over-doing the restricting too much and then, end up in the hospital every time. 

 

My goal this time is to have some people to do it with, to keep me accountable enough for me to continue- but not end up in the hospital. If that makes sense. It's just much easier for me to stop eating all together once I don't see that scale drop. 

 

I'm 5'2

My starting weight is 124.2 (This was my weight Saturday) I will weigh in this Saturday as well. 

My goal is 104

 

Today I did great, until my inlaws came over and I ate like 300 calories in coconut ice cream. I know not bad, but she just kept putting it in my bowl and Im trying my best to look like my recovery is "real" this time. 

 

500 tomorrow- my goal is:

 

Breakfast- black coffee 15

Lunch- Carrots 25

Snack- gogurt 50

Dinner: Kale salad with hummus 150

Dessert: Ice cream with the family to keep myself looking fine- 200

 

I'll be at the pool club most of the day tomorrow, and my husband wants to take my children out for their birthday, so that will keep things easier. I'll share my weight in the morning as well :)

Just out of treatment for the fifth time.
 

Started ABC again- July 9

 

Starting Weight: 124.2

Goal Weight: 104

 

Completed ABC with 103, 101 and 100 weight but landed myself in treatment after. 

 

Looking to try to maintain a low weight...

Stayed under 500 yesterday and completed my work out, but I ate too much salt and now I feel bloated.
Weight: 115.2

I need to drink more water today and eat less salt.
My plan is to eat 500 or less calories and spend 60 min on the elliptical and my normal ab, push-ups, and squats routine.

Im a sugar addict.
Even when I diet 😐
I did some heavy cleaning around the house. Sweated a lot. That was my workout for the day lol

Calorie limit today is 400.
Don’t have time to exercise today, but I will do my normal ab workout before bed.
Not losing like I want, but I still get my period and I’m currently on it right now so I’m getting a lot of water retention and bloating. Hopefully when I’m off it I’ll drop a lot more weight.

May I join? I started my ABC diet on the 9th.

Not accounting exorcise calories, only calories consumed.

July 9th Day one- 500 cal allowance
Calories consumed-501

July 19th Day two- 500 cal allowance
Calories consumed-233

Starting weight: 128.4 (4 lbs in 2 days, probably water and waste weight.) -the most I've weighed ever, I weighed less after having my kid!

-GW:103

Drinking tea like crazy and eating small low calorie salad, coffee, pickles and soup. I hope I can keep this up.

Down 2 pounds so far!

I am sticking to it, and working out. I am hoping to lose 5 this week, mentally would be so much better if i dropped the weight fast. 

Ive been at the pool club every day until 5 so I dont have to worry about eating, and im noticing carrots and seltzer keep me going. 

This way, i can have dinner with the family and dessert and still look like im eating. Today was easy, I made a HUGE salad but filled the bottom of mine with chopped celery to make the salad look fuller, and literally used a razor to slice my sausage thin enough so i only had a quarter of it. Then dessert had ice cream with the kids and filled the bottom with blueberries so that it looked full. 

So, i am hoping this works this time.
