Cravings Stop eating Binge Binging HELP

I guess I’m not the only one with this problem, but I wasn't able to search. So I’m sorry if this thread already exists...

But does someone have any good ideas on what to do to stop cravings? Seriously, I’m not even hungry but I just CAN’T STOP EATING!

I usually don't purge, but this last week I’ve been purging like 1-5 times every day! And I really want to stop, because I know that it's really bad for you and doesn't really help. But I can't stop purging, if I don't stop eating first. (I know it might sound stupid..)

Please if anyone have had any similar experience and found something that works, please let me know!

Start brushing your teeth when ever you're about binge.

Trying to eat after brushing destroys the taste of everything.

If you keep binging after that you want to binge.

I usually put something in my mouth. Right now I have tinfoil trays with baking soda and lemon juice in my mouth to help whiten my teeth. Either that or I chew gum

That always helps, whenever I crave specific thing I always look at that and I always eat something from there. Whenever I want candy, I eat fruit to have the sweet taste. But be careful as fruit has sugars in it! If you need an ana buddy, my kik is bts_jhoe

Lots of water & gum. I have even chewed & spit. Pretty gross I know.

I like to take a giant jar of water and dump a couple zero calorie sweeteners in there, and down the whole thing. This works for three reasons.

1. You have incentive to drink it because it tastes like soda

2. It fills your stomach, therefore tricking your body into thinking you're full

3. It only has about six calories. ("Zero" calorie sweeteners like Equal, Stevia, and Sweet&Low contain about 3 calories each.)
