Hellow,
I am trying IU diet as of today for 6 days.
Watch me how it goes, I will keep you updated every day!
Feel free to ask anything!

IU is Korean celebrity that popularized this diet:
1 apple in the morning
1 sweet potato for lunch
1 protein shake for dinner

I have heavy PMS symptoms and probably will be menstruating by end of the diet, but let's give it a try!

Here are some pics of IU and her body frame:


Height: 165 cm = 5'5

HW: 72 kg = 158 lbs (BMI 26.4)

SW: 66 kg = 145.5 (BMI 24.2)

☆ CW: 61.3 = 135 (BMI 22.5) ☆

LW: 50 kg = 110 lbs (BMI 18.4)

GW1: 60 kg = 132 lbs (BMI 22)
GW2: 56 kg = 123.5 lbs (BMI 20.6)
GW3: 53 kg = 117 lbs (BMI 19.5)
UGW: 50 kg = 110 lbs (BMI 18.4)



Diagnosis: Major Depressive Disorder, OCD, Generalized Anxiety
Irritable Bowel Syndrome

I loved the title of the topic and got really curious, how it went?

 

Dieting on PMS is soooo hard for me, like, I just wanna kill everybody and eat everything.

CW: 99 kg   /   218 lbs

GW1: 90 kg   /   198 lbs

GW2: 80 kg   /   176 lbs

GW3: 70 kg   /   154 lbs

UGW: 58 kg   /   127 lbs

177 cm / 5'9"
