Hi guys,
So this week i need to lose six pounds, I’m quite a heavy person so this shouldn’t be too hard, was just wondering if you have any tips/diets/workouts???

That’s not too hard honestly,
I lost about 7 lbs in a week then again it was when I first started out
What I did was
Usually had 2 sticks of celery, and crawfish spice w lemon and I’d dip the celery in that and eat that
(Only have 2 sticks bc for me it was super easy to binge on them bc low cal) so I’d have that about 3 times a day sometimes less
I also went to the gym a lot w my boyfriend
I usually stayed there for 3ish hours and once I was too tired I’d just go alittle lighter on the machines
-reason I could go at it for so long was bc of pre workout but that’s pretty expensive
You could still do at home workouts if you can’t go to the gym tho, running is pretty good tho so if you can do cardio do it
Also anytime I knew I’d go really hard at the gym I ate alittle bit of oatmeal, I like to not have eaten anything bc it makes me feel like I’m burning old fat BUT sometimes I’ve just gone too long w no actual nutrients and I’d rather not fall on a treadmill or near those heavy weights
