Keto diet is not as difficult as it sounds. In order to get into Ketosis you need to make sure that you are following your diet with a lot of discipline. Once you start your diet you will get cranky as the flu hits you within the 3rd or the 4th day. Also that the flu goes away very quickly as well. Most probably by the 4th or the 5th day your ketones production should start.

Make sure you workout at the same time. Not a very high intensity workout is recommended during this phase but some amount of HIVT training does wonders to the body, as you feel healthy and lighter at the same time.

So, in order to get into ketosis fast, you need to make sure that you’re eating right and burning it too at the same time.

Over 160,000 women and men are using a simple and secret “water

hack” to drop 1-2lbs every night as they sleep.

It’s easy and works every time.

Here’s how to do it yourself:

1. Grab a clear glass and fill it half full

2. And then do this strange hack

and be 2lbs lighter in the morning!

E L E C T R O L Y T E S

That is the biggest thing.  The veto flu is real, and horrible.  Eat high protein so you will feel full/reduce binge urges, and supplement salt, potassium, and magnesium.

Good luck!!! It sucks so much less once you're in it.

Do intermitted fasting, it helps with the process.

Stop eating all carbohydrates for a week or two. Even vegetables and pulses too must be avoided as they contain carbs. Meet your calorie needs with 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbohydrates. You can't eliminate carbs completely and hence 5%. At 80% need from dietary fat, you will be drinking fat. I find this is the only way to get into ketosis quickly. But, remember you will have carb withdrawal fever aka Carb Flu.

Intermittent fasting combined with keto diet and exercise. I mean, that’s the fastest. Going into ketosis is about depleting your stored glycogen and then switching to your backup fuel by burning stored fat. Fasting and exercise will deplete your glycogen stores first. If you then supplement by having high fat diet, that will keep you in ketosis. I lost 7lbs in a week doing this. Also the keto flu sucks tremendously. Good Luck.

Just stay under 20g of carbs and you'll get there in 3 days, it'll be hard the first week (keto flu: constipation/diarrhea, headache and fatigue) but it'll be worth it
