Hi there!

I wanted to join this forum because I need some place to talk to like minded people.

I weigh 68kg (150lbs) right now and I desperately want to get to 55kg (120lbs). I am married and struggling with confidence and happiness. My goal is to get to a point where I am happy and love my body and look as beautiful as the models I see. I know I could look like that if I just put my mind to it. I managed to put myself on a 500 cal diet for about 5 days and lost 6.5 pounds which was awesome. I know a lot of it was water weight. I'm eating normally now and my weight has shot back up to 68.9kg.

Anyway, not sure who else is as old as I am or married. Just wanted to say hi and hopefully I can hold myself accountable and get down to my GW! I'm getting braces in a couple of days so I know I will lose a lot when I can only drink soup for a month lol.

Thanks for reading!

I would recommend starting at a higher calorie allowance and going lower gradually overt time. I'm 72kg and am aiming for only 60kg (lol for now) but yeah I'm doing 6000kj (around 1500 calories) at the moment - especially to avoid bingeing (which I have a tendancy towards doing) and in about a month depending on my weight loss success I will lower it to 1200 calories and then 1000 calories etcetera/ Good luck but also at that height you're a very flattering weight! xx

Height: 170.5cm (5’7”)
HW: 84kg (BMI 29) - Overweight
SW: 73.5kg (BMI 25) - Overweight
CW: 65.5kg (BMI 22.6) - Healthy Weight
GW 1: 66kg (BMI 22.8) - Healthy Weight

GW 2: 60kg (BMI 20.8) - Healthy Weight

GW 3: 55kg (BMI 19) - Healthy Weight

GW 4: 50kg (BMI 17) - Underweight

GW 5: 44kg (BMI 15) - Underweight

LW: 40kg (BMI 14) - Underweight
UGW: 39kg (BMI <14) (I just kind of want to say I got into the 30’s but also I know that’s really dangerous!)
UGW 2: 30kg (BMI 10.4) - Underweight (Will never get here, it's too low, I'd die I think, but hm I wish I could say I'd made it to BMI 10, so fucked up)

Oh also I'm 25 and I'm only 170cm so yeah, you should have great success if you can avoid bingeing :s
