well idk if you're vegetarian/vegan but vegan broths w tofu are usually somewhere around 100, like mr. douglass ramen, but if you aint vegan, egg whites and toast, hmm toast obvi, eggs, yogurt, an apple is around 100, which those aint "mEaLs" but theyre food ig and theres also low-cal ice cream which is rllyyy good depending on the brand you buy.

Cup-a-soups and tinned soups can be low in cals if you get the right ones. You can make soups but be carfull on the calories. Broths, vegetable stews and stairfrys can be verry low in calories. Tins of baked beans are also low in cals. Also ice lollys, diet soda and hot liquids like tea and coffee are low in cals and fill you up. Hope this helps. Be carefull.

I find homemade soup the most filling for under 100 cals. I just boil some chicken broth (25 cal) with a cup of frozen veggies (50 cal) and add some red chilli flakes or hot sauce for some extra flavour. It is super filling and you can even have half of a rice cake or some crackers and be under 100.

1) egg whites omelette

2) cans of soup (ranges from 50-120 calories per 1/2 cup)

3) better N peanut (2 tbsp for 100 calories)

4) bag of veggies (a whole bag of broccoli and cauliflower for 100 calories, add carrots for 120)

5) 5 ingredient pancakes (60 calories per 1/4 cup batter ) search on youtube "healthy pancakes- using oat flakes (it has 5 ingredients)

6) cheese stick (70-80 calories)

7) morning star hot dog (50 cals each)

8) fear less taco salad- lettuce, 2 baby tomatoes cut up, cut up onions, 2-3 tbsp salsa or taco sauce and 1sp sour cream (my favorite!!)  (100 calories or less and it's a lot of food)

9) eggo mini pancakes (4 for 100 calories)

10) Quakers instant grits (100 calories)

I really like to make "soup" with water and a bunch of spices. I just boil however much water I want and add whatever spices I feel like that day, usually some dried garlic and onion (chopped and dried if I have it, it gives you something to chew), salt, pepper, sometimes crushed red pepper if I want something spicy. You can add veggies to it too, I've thrown in 2 celery stalks and some chopped fresh onion which is really low cal. Also if you want some protein and you aren't vegan, a scrambled egg (90 cals) or just egg whites stirred in after the broth is done for sort of an egg drop soup. I play around with spices and veggies so I don't get bored, but it's always under 100 calories!

Veggies like broccoli and cauliflower are super low cal. Personally I love eating them boiled, then also mushrooms, asparagus (dipped in low cal ketchup), low fat ham, low fat cheese. And obviously soups, either homemade or in a pack

I do the same thing only with veggie broth (5 cals) because I’m vegetarian. I just had this big bowl of soup for lunch with a bunch of low cal veggies (35 cals) and a side of green beans for 30 cals. Not only did it look like a real meal a normal person would eat, it was only 70 calories.

My usual meal is either 27g of Malt-O-Meal or 28g of Coco Wheats, both with just a pinch of salt and a bit of artificial vanilla extract. I used to have less of the cereal itself and add 2g of sugar to each, but don't need it for them to taste sweet anymore. If I'm running late for work, I'll have half a tablespoon of peanut butter and log it as a full tablespoon since I don't have time to weigh it. I'd skip days like that (and a lot of other ones) if I didn't have to eat something for my meds to work.

I never tried it but apparently “stir fried” celery is damn good. Now, I want to make that. I would add mushrooms and water chestnuts. Would still be under 100 cals!!

Like was mentioned above, I am ALL about miso soup with a few traces of veggies thrown in.

I like to eat a bunch of popcorn with a spray of pam and some kind of seasoning, especially with a big mug of tea !!!! :-) Popcorn isn't the healthiest of course but on restricting days, I like it because the sodium isn't crazy if air-popped!! <3
