well idk if you're vegetarian/vegan but vegan broths w tofu are usually somewhere around 100, like mr. douglass ramen, but if you aint vegan, egg whites and toast, hmm toast obvi, eggs, yogurt, an apple is around 100, which those aint "mEaLs" but theyre food ig and theres also low-cal ice cream which is rllyyy good depending on the brand you buy.

I find homemade soup the most filling for under 100 cals. I just boil some chicken broth (25 cal) with a cup of frozen veggies (50 cal) and add some red chilli flakes or hot sauce for some extra flavour. It is super filling and you can even have half of a rice cake or some crackers and be under 100.

shirataki noodles/tofu noodles
low calorie vegetables like carrots, celery, and mushroom
soup
stats and information about my ed/diet:

clinging to the back of your throat—
you could feel their gold wings trembling.
You were alarmed. You felt infested.
In the downstairs bathroom of the family home,
gagging to spit them out—

I do the same thing only with veggie broth (5 cals) because I’m vegetarian. I just had this big bowl of soup for lunch with a bunch of low cal veggies (35 cals) and a side of green beans for 30 cals. Not only did it look like a real meal a normal person would eat, it was only 70 calories.I find homemade soup the most filling for under 100 cals. My usual meal is either 27g of Malt-O-Meal or 28g of Coco Wheats, both with just a pinch of salt and a bit of artificial vanilla extract. I used to have less of the cereal itself and add 2g of sugar to each, but don't need it for them to taste sweet anymore. If I'm running late for work, I'll have half a tablespoon of peanut butter and log it as a full tablespoon since I don't have time to weigh it. I'd skip days like that (and a lot of other ones) if I didn't have to eat something for my meds to work.

I like to eat a bunch of popcorn with a spray of pam and some kind of seasoning, especially with a big mug of tea !!!! :-) Popcorn isn't the healthiest of course but on restricting days, I like it because the sodium isn't crazy if air-popped!! <3

I do it exceptionally well.
I do it so it feels like hell.
I do it so it feels real.
I guess you could say I’ve a call.
