70 calorie Breakfast:

Coffee + Milk: 5

1 cup brewed coffee (2)
2 TBSP Unsweetened Cashew Milk (3)


Strawberries and Yogurt: 30
17 g (about 2) sliced strawberries (5)
60 g. CARBmaster vanilla yogurt (25)

Omelet: 35
3 TBSP Southwestern style egg replacer (20)
Little spinach {no exact amount bc you don't need a lot} (1)

18 g. Kraft Fat-Free Mozzarella (14)

mines not as creative as most peoples. But a bulky stick of celery with low fat peanut butter is hella good and you can keep it under 100. i know peanut butter isnt the best but if its the only thing youll eat for the meal its pretty good and curbs my sweet cravings. x

 

you could probably pad it out with more celery and only a little bit of peanut butter on each stick
