salad (tomato, cucumber, lettuce) with 50 grams of cottage cheese or hummus (some are very low cal)

 

nonfat yoghurt/quark with strawberries

ooooo this is my ✨ specialty✨!!! here’s some under 100 cal meals/snacks i eat on a daily basis.

one pice prepackaged lunch meat (17) wrapped in lettuce (2) and taco sauce/0 cal sauce on the lettuce(0) rolled and cut into little sushi looking things

chopped 1/4 bell pepper (8) with tajin (0)

4 chopped strawberries (12) with 8 blueberries (4) and finely crushed ice (0) with a 0 cal drink poured over (0). eat like cereal.

4 chopped strawberries with 0 cal sweetener (12)

2 pickles (5) dipped in mustard (0)

chopped lettuce (2) with chopped bell pepper (8) and one piece of cut up lunch meat (17) and 0 cal sauce

carrots with 0 cal sauce

2 egg whites (34) scrambled with cut up lunch meat (17) (and a sprinkle of mozzarella if you want (20)) i eat this with Sriracha (0)

1/4 peach/nectarine chopped up (35)

low cal microwave pancake thingy i make:
1 tbsp oat flour (26)
1/2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (0)
pinch of baking powder (0)
1/2 tbsp oat milk (1 tbsp = 8 cals) (4-8)
splash of vanilla (very important!) (0)
total: 30-34
(do not have with maple syrup it is very high cal. i have it with strawberries on top or a berry syrup)

hope this helps! i know there not really meals but if you eat them all in a day it will keep you very full!

total: 53 calories

 

you could eat two if you don't use pepper, it tastes fine just a bit bland.
