Changing my calorie intake throughout the week between 500 and 800 calories. I also have an exercise app that gives me exercises that lose between 350 and 450 calories every day. Each exercise is about 15 minutes long. This made me lose 4 pounds in four days.

When I first started I was eating pretty much 300 cals a day. What i would do was aim for 500 (some days I would go a bit over) but usually be at like 300. I was eating frozen dinners for dinner gum all day diet coke and coffee all the time. from the end of april to mid june I think I went from around 152 I think to 135. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I couldn't exercise let alone think. I could never sleep and ALWAYS had an icepick headache until I ate something it was terrible. i couldn't stand in the shower I couldn't think, I stood up and I was SO dizzy and and it went black and I would almost fall over. I mean when I stand it goes black now but not that bad. Keep in mind I was at a healthy weight at this time. My bmi was 24.7 JUST at the healthy range so that puts it into a big perspective :/

At Christmas I got down to 99lbs (from 145) and now I’m 120lbs but I can’t seem to lose any of it even right now I’m eating <1000kcal ugh. What things have people eaten/done to lose weight? How many daily calories and such
Oh god I'm up to 140 from 120 :/
Not to be that person but around how many cals did you have 145 to 99 on average? 99 is my freaking ugw!!
Also maybe you could try calorie cycling. Like for example you could have a goal of 4010 cals a week, which divided by 7 would be like having 572 calories a day except you'd be spreading it out. Note I think 2 fast days after the highest calorie spike day helps speed the weight/metabolism a tiiiny bit, you know like how 2468 works when there's a 200 cal day after the 800 day. But it's optional.
So
mon: 600
tues:1300
wed: 5 cal fast
thurs:5 cal fast
fri: 900
sat: 900
sun: 300
You can change all these numbers of course! Long as you have a weekly calorie goal. It's not the end of the world if you go a little over or under some days but don't be too sneaky cos its crazy how things add up.
I also find what helps is having meals already pre-prepped in the freezer so I don't have to stress about making food and calculating everything for the day.
Another tip; it helps me when I write down in my food journal - fill in 3 days in advance everything I plan to eat at scheduled times and if I continue to follow that routine ,, it helps me stay on track better.

I did a mix of the 2468 diet & an egg mono...I lost 11lbs in 6 days...its pretty easy, I recommend this.
11lbs, wow! If you dont mind me asking, were you at a normal weight when you lost that weight? And did you gain some back

This is kinda weird but when I was 10 I had mono and really bad ocd(I couldnt eat because it was dirty). Literally all I drank for 2 months was chocolate milk, I lost like 20-30ish lbs and I wasn't even overweight, I also grew like 3 inches. Also I basically slept like 23 hrs a day.

Intermittent fast (22 hours between meals).
My life has no meaning or joy. Feel like I’m a walking, talking eating disorder. Sure I’m losing weight pretty fast but I wouldn’t recommend this. I’m tired and I black out a lot. It seems like the smell of vomit follows me everywhere. My electrolytes are crap. I have a dodgy heart. Dodgy blood pressure. A laxative addiction ...
