Changing my calorie intake throughout the week between 500 and 800 calories. I also have an exercise app that gives me exercises that lose between 350 and 450 calories every day. Each exercise is about 15 minutes long. This made me lose 4 pounds in four days.

i ate 300 calories a day for close to 8 months lost a lot of weight and the first month alone i lost i would say almost 8kg ( i was jogging daily) however hopefully never again it was nice to lose a bunch of weight but the price was not worth it 6 months of binging and several years without much control, yeah dont want to lose weight too fast this time..

 

hopefully little by little i can lose the weight

I started working for a delivery company, it’s not very glamorous, but I’m getting paid to run up and down stairs all day, I don’t have time to eat, and I hardly have to talk to anyone. I’ve dropped 18lbs since I started.

Low restricting and walking a whole ton. It really wasn’t fun though so I wouldn’t recommend it

liquid fasting and purging solids (don't recommend)
other than that, med restriction OMAD (800-1,000 calories) and walking 5 miles a day

Well I’ve lost heaps in the past couple months due to relationship issues and I’ve started becoming more anxious, which has basically killed my appetite. I can go days without feeling any hunger, though I eat sometimes so that I can function at school.

I could eat anything I want BUT could only eat 300 cals a day and I naturally gradually became stricter and ended up cutting many things out of my diet permanently such as meat, liquid fast one a month for 3 days to a week, fast every weekend.  Stop eating 7pm every night and don't eat until after 7am each day.  Drink water like its air with tea and coffee following in intensity.  Exercise EVERYDAY at least for 30 minutes.  I hated everything and everyone including myself, became super moody and exhausted, but it works when losing insane amounts of weight quickly.

I've lost a lot quickly by fasting for days at a time, but I don't tend to keep the weight off (it's probably mostly water weight). But my weight went down and that satisfied me.


SW: 120 lbs.                                          New SW: 130 lbs.

CW: Not Sure, around 100 pounds       New CW: 111.2 lbs. 109 lbs. 108 lbs. 106.6 lbs.

LW: 84 lbs.                                             Same LW: 84 lbs.

GW: 79 lbs.                                            New GW 1: 109 lbs.; GW 2: 99 lbs.; GW 3: 84 lbs.; GW 4: 79 lbs.

 

I want to be better than I was before, I want to see bones again.

I love chest bones, ribs, thigh gaps, hip bones, collarbones, spines, thin faces and I feel so worthless not having them like I did at the end of last year.

Omad/low restricting. I eat like 450 cals every 23 hours and drink a gallon of water a day if not more.

Got into the high 14s by b/ping, purging everything, even water. that's generally how my ED works (the b/ping, but losing ridiculously fast doing so, with periods of low restriction)

I always spiral back into b/ping my way down and it always works. But it's HELL.

I lost 60 pounds in 3 months. Eating 350 calories a day. Vegan. Developed gallstones from dropping weight that quickly though lol


I didn't know you could get gallstones from dropping weight quickly. Might explain the pain in my right side I've had for 2 years dang.

using a food scale rather than eyeballing portions.  measuring cups are super inefficient.  otherwise, drinking nothing but diet coke for 2 weeks - but i felt really out if it, if you're not bedridden i wouldn't recommend it cause everything was so hard to do.

doing 20000 steps per day and eating 1200 calories, went from 49 to 40 v fast. although when i stopped eating completely i lost 6 kg in a week so that too i guess but it's a bad plan cus got hospitalised and made heavier than i'd ever been in my life
