10kgs in 28 days.

All that's required is a mental breakdown from trauma and no food.

Ohh and 5-8 hours of walking a day.

I was totally out of it.

High restricting is the way for me because slow and steady wins the race. As far as I'm concerned, as long as you end the day on a calorie deficit, you have won.

Height: 5 foot 7 / 171cms,
Highest Weight: 180 pounds / 82 kgs, (BMI 28.0)
Lowest Weight: 85 pounds / 39 kgs, (BMI 13.3)

ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT (again): 85 pounds / 39 kgs OR LOWER!!!

fasting for over 2 days, and drinking enough water. But not too much because water weight made me swell and look like I weighed more than I actually did. Also monster Zero(energy drink, 10 cals) walking, biking, or swimming everyday

Extreme depression, I basically slept through all of my meals and barely drank water either. Super unhealthy, I was thinner but I felt too weak to maintain myself that way.

fast once a week. exercise a few times a week, just walking an hour a day does wonders for burning fat. eat low carb, high fat and protein. no junk food. chew and spit. try volume eating. i eat 300cal/day and lose a few pounds a week if i don't binge.

okay not really fast but like sustainable i guess? whenever i eat anything, right after that i go brush my teeth. it's like a trigger for me to realise that i should stop eating. if i'm out/don't have access to toothbrush etc, i just don't eat. it has been helping me to lose pretty steadily.

carbonated water with tea makes me feel so full. 

mono with lemons for 2 weeks, I do not recommend.
