Eat one meal a day.
Purge that meal.
20000 + steps.
Intermittent fast (22 hours between meals).
My life has no meaning or joy. Feel like I’m a walking, talking eating disorder. Sure I’m losing weight pretty fast but I wouldn’t recommend this. I’m tired and I black out a lot. It seems like the smell of vomit follows me everywhere. My electrolytes are crap. I have a dodgy heart. Dodgy blood pressure. A laxative addiction ...
Sorry for the rant
old post i know but this is exactly what ive been trying to do! for me its easier on school days as i can fast for the day yk
instead of 20k steps, i'd do about 2k-6k. for the one meal id eat that at around 5pm, purge, then 24 HOUR fast.

At Christmas I got down to 99lbs (from 145) and now I’m 120lbs but I can’t seem to lose any of it even right now I’m eating <1000kcal ugh. What things have people eaten/done to lose weight? How many daily calories and such
Try to remember how you felt when you were losing that weight before Christmas.
I'm sure you can do it if you can recapture that feeling.

I once lost 15 pounds in a week by fasting and drinking two gallons of water a day, pretty painful once you hit the second gallon but worth it, it was a quick fix type thing and now I'm at my lowest weight (165)
Didn't some lady almost die drinking that much water a day? Maybe it was more....not sure.

1. Water fasting
2. Lacking food appetite
3. Eating little, varied while doing tons of sports daily

What app was that??
Changing my calorie intake throughout the week between 500 and 800 calories. I also have an exercise app that gives me exercises that lose between 350 and 450 calories every day. Each exercise is about 15 minutes long. This made me lose 4 pounds in four days.

fluctuating calorie intake each day, like one day for 200 and the next for 900, really helps me not plateau
and running a lot
