My favorite go to meal is black bean bowls. They're great for lunch prepping too!
1/4 cup Black beans (50 calories)
2 avocado slices (32 calories)
4 whole black olives (16 calories)
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar (22 calories)
1 steamed red pepper (20 calories)
1 oz romaine lettuce (5 calories)
So filling for only 145 calories. Guilt free and vegetarian! If you want to bring it up to 200 calories, you could add some roasted sweet potatoes or quinoa. Some kind of complex carb would probably be good.

1/4 cup of rice with curry powder and 1 carrot. Add the whole carrot (bulks it up) and a decent amount of capsicum.
I reckon curry powder fills you up really well and add heaps of water (I think I probably do about 4 cups but play it by ear)
I have flat with friends that kind of know my history and it doesn't make them suspicious. Also super cheap!!

Get you a sweet potato and chop that shit up
then put it in a pie plate
put a little bit of butter
then stick those babies in the oven for 40 minutes at 425°F (probably flip them/turn them in the pan at like 20 min)
and then drizzle them with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and it’s sooooo good
depending on the size of the sweet potato and how much honey/butter you use, this could easily be under 200 calories and it’s the best thing ever

200 calories isn't a dinner...
hey everybody has different intake levels and if you’re low restricting, 200 calories is a perfectly reasonable dinner so maybe let’s let people eat how they want

1 stonefire mini naan (130), a tablespoon of cream cheese (50, lower if fat free), and half a grilled tomato/2 cups (measured raw) grilled spinach (20 ish) = 200
3/4 cup pasta (165), 1/4 cup marinara sauce (30), and 2 cups (measured raw) grilled spinach (20 ish) = 215
tip: asian pears have only 50 calories and are super sweet & soft (not mushy) when ripe

Zucchini soup
3 servings
48 Kcal per serving or 144 Kcal for the whole thing
3 medium zucchini chopped into a few large pieces
1/2 a yellow onion chopped into large pieces
2 - 3 cups veggie broth
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Dump all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer covered for 30 - 40 minutes. Use a blender or immersion blender to make smooth.
I've added garlic before and it was tasty too (I added 1 tsp minced garlic). Also have added 1 small new potato before to make it more filling. If you add either of these then you'll need to calculate the calories again.

I’m having honey covered carrots tonight. Butter (a small amount) and garlic salt on them is also pretty good. I’d also reccommend Brussels sprouts and bacon.
