I love a slice of fresh sourdough (110) with an oz of goat cheese (80). I sprinkle dill and basil on top too. Sometimes I'll mix it with a 1/2 tablespoon of raspberry jam in it too (25) which sounds gross but I promise it's delicious. 

 

Also, this isn't vegetarian but I've been loving 2oz of everything but the bagel smoked salmon (80) with 2 Tbs of whipped cream cheese (50) on 2 rice cakes (70)!

Sliced Cucumbers tossed in vinegar and spices
Fat free cottage cheese with scrambled egg whites
Lunch meat turkey or chicken with a baked potato and ketchup
Rice cakes with fat free cream cheese
Low sodium Chicken or beef broth with green onions and a hard boiled egg

Hey everyone, I just started the 2468 diet and I'm looking for filling 200 calorie and under dinner ideas!

Vegetarian ideas would be most appreciated

Miracle noodles are 0 cal! Add a spaghetti sauce w it and thats around 50 cals depending on how much sauce you use but spaghetti sauce is usually low cal. Pair with steamed zucchini, squash, and/or some broccoli. Broccoli is really filling for me!

Little asian stir-fry action! 

1/2 a cup edamame 

1 cup zucchini 

1/2 cup portabella mushrooms 

10 snap peas 

1/2 cup bell peppers 

1 tbsp soy sauce

Ginger, pepper, salt, garlic powder….

 

This is right around 200 total. 

If you make some change-outs you could adjust macros since it's a little low fat rn or have a citrus fruit like pineapple or mandarin for some interest. 

Volume eating veggies and plant protein FTW!
