Does it have sugar in it? Is it good for using it for a quick boost for low blood sugar?
(I'm not going to eat the whole packet lol, just a lick or two)

Thank you in advance.

I use stevia, it’s a natural 0 calorie sweetener I usually put it in tea. You can find it at any grocery store (look in the gluten free isles or the ones with the sugar packets) it’s extracted from the stevia plant and is 200x sweeter than regular sugar (according to wiki) if ur used to the taste of normal sugar it may take awhile to get used to this sugar but it’s soooo worth it. :)

Zero calorie sweetners do not have sugar in them. They will not raise your blood sugar.

i need to start using them but its so easy for me to taste the difference. and i know sugar is my worst enemy right now. if I cut it out i know fake sugar will taste better but sugar is like a drug for me even when restricting.

They're not recognized as a sugar by the body so it won't make your blood sugar higher. if you wanna prevent hypoglycemia, i recommend grapes.

Wait… what? Splenda is the only thing I can use in my coffee that I like. I cannot believe this? Do you know any more info about why they would do that :,(
